친절한 직원과 깨끗한 객실. 편리한 위치. 바로 옆 레스토랑에서 맛있는 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다.

호텔은 기차역 바로 앞에 위치해 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 에어컨도 시원하며 직원들은 친절합니다.

깨끗한 객실, 시원한 에어컨, 깨끗한 욕실을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에서 기차를 탈 수 있습니다.

객실이 편안하고 주변 환경이 좋습니다. 기차역 호텔 앞. 호텔 옆에는 사람들이 음식을 파는 곳이 있습니다.

객실은 매우 편안하고 깨끗하며, 호텔 바로 옆에 식사할 수 있는 곳이 있습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에서 기차를 타면 관광지로 바로 갈 수 있습니다.

이번이 이 호텔에 묵는 마지막이에요. 접수 직원 2명의 태도가 나빴습니다. 곱슬머리 오빠와 여자아이 한 명. 미소도 짓지 않고, 우리는 아무렇지 않게 질문하고 답하고, 그들은 우리를 쳐다보지도 않습니다. 저는 세상에서 최악의 호텔 리셉셔니스트가 저 두 사람과 같은 순위에 올라야 한다고 생각합니다. 이 호텔은 어떻게 이 두 로봇을 앞에 배치할 수 있을까? 매우 친절하고 다정한 형이 한 명 있습니다.

공항으로 가는 기차가 가까워서 좋습니다

프리미엄룸이지만.. 화장실 바닥이 끈적끈적해요. 침대 위치가 에어컨을 향하지 않아서 꽤 덥습니다. 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있도록 매트리스를 아래층에 놓고 에어컨을 향하게 해야 했습니다. 베개를 추가로 요청했는데 받지 못했습니다. 천장이 곰팡이가 핀 상태입니다.

There is cigarette smell on the room, comforter is dirty and have requested for change and it is still the same.

Staff oke. Yang tak ok adalah kami sampai pukul 4 tapi bilik masih belum dikemas. Bila masuk toilet semua basah sebab baru lepas cuci dan masih kotor. Dekat cadar ada bekas seperti air yang hanya di lap lap sahaja.

Cons: The woman staff not really friendly. We arrive late at night and didn't have enough cash for deposit. There is no other option offered. We were force to find cash and unfortunately not able to withdraw due to atm ald close. Going back to the hotel and finally she accepted our not fully deposit which is wasting time and energy. Toilet didn't expect to be transparent and also located right in front of the bed. Can hear the MRT from the room which make it uncomfortable but okay for me. Pros. Very near to MRT putra permai. Only by walking.

Its a bit smelly outside the room due to smoking smells. The parking is a bit far behind the hotel and can be paid overnight rm4.50 via touchngo at lobby validation. Can hear the MRT train sound rail tracks as the hotel is opposite the MRT

Value for money. Strategic location, just next to the MRT station. Have all the basic items.

Nice to stay here. Big room and bed.

Bilik yang bersih dan selesa. Mudah dapatkan pengangkutan (Grab) untuk ke airport. 😊

Kamar tidak dibersihkan handuk tidak diganti harus pakai di minta dulu air mineral tidak di kasih juga.

Overall ok cuma pihak hotel perlu tekankan kebersihan toilet,lantai sangat licin yang merbahaya kepada kanak-kanak dan ibu mengandung. inform reception dan infrm cleaner dah balik. minta customer yang cuci lantai.Kedai makan pun ada hingga lewat malam cuma kedai runcit sahaja yang problem.
