The worst hotel ever. Red water at shower, re-filled complementary water and etc

위치가 좋다. 서비스나 청결도 좋은편이다. 대중교통 버스와 지하철 가까움. 쇼핑몰 가까움. 쇼핑몰 내 푸드코트. 까르푸 있음. 날씨 좋으면 박물관까지 도보여행.

편리한 위치. 가까운 구도심. 아브라도 타 보세요.

메트로가 가까워서 좄았음. 빠른 쳐크인과 직원 친절도 만족함. 아침이 내 취향은 아니지만 평이했음. 구도심 관광지도 걸을수 있는 거리. 아브라 타는 곳도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리임.

New and clean room. Great staff especially Sameer and Kabeer. Check in and checkout process were easy and convenient. Great location and walkable distance to Burjman mall and metro station. I will prefer the hotel for my future stays in Dubai.

Burjman mall is very close , close to the metro stratiom as well . Staff exceptional especially Puspo he helped with my bags

I had a really good experience at the hotel. Stayed there for ten days and had my flight at 11:00 p.m. on the last day. I asked if I could check out late and they allowed me to check out at 6:00 p.m. for no extra fees. Good rooms, however, I would sometimes not get all of my commodities (like water and sugar for tea) refilled after room cleaning services. Washroom space is a bit small as well. Overall 8.5/10 for experience if I had to rate it from 1-10.

There was no option from the beginning between smoking and non-smoking rooms. The corridors and rooms smelled bad/stuffy. I was moved from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, but the smells persisted, just to a lesser degree. It required leaving the window open and intense spraying of febreze. The mattress was quite solid, not too comfortable. The water pressure with alright, not great but the shower holes were very small which gave a weird sensation. The water temperature was very hit and miss, took a while to heat up. There was building works in the room next to me that I was not informed about, which resulted in very loud drilling at 10am.

Room a bit dark. What usually a headboard would have been was a deco item. Cold water not really cold. Staff very friendly

Rooms are stuffy. Crowd is below average. I had to stay for few hours without any choice.

Hi I am Maniram Rai and I have been stayed 14 night in this hotel. For transportation Exellent coz burjuman metro is near. Everything were great and no moments. However my stay was 14 night so if there will be small Ice box/Freeze better to have keep some needy items/stuffs. Thank you

The receptionist was rude! I reached there before the other person and she moved my passport on the side and checked the other person and gave her the room right away and asked the concierge to take her luggage while my luggage was still outside where the taxi dropped me. I had to wait for 45 mins before I got the room. And it wasn’t busy at all. Room was average. No fridge! I had to ask and wait until I got one.
