The continental breakfast was terrible. The choices of food were terrible. There wasn’t any protein. The quality of the food was terrible. We got upset stomachs. It was not up to standards at all. No one was monitoring the breakfast line. There were no bowls one day and there was salsa kept out all night that guests almost ate. The juice in the juice dispenser looked rancid. It was very upsetting that we couldn’t even eat the breakfast. We choose this hotel because it provided continental breakfast and we couldn’t even eat it.😔

Couple of tiny things from the previous person weren't picked up and the room seemed a smidgen empty but it was otherwise a perfect stay, efficient and clean and quiet.

Our first room smelled bad, had a leaking AC that flooded half the room (carpet soaking wet), cobwebs in the bathroom, and a toilet that rocked. I reported the leaking AC and the wet carpet, and was asked if I was “okay” with the hotel doing nothing. I said that I expected the AC to be fixed and the water extracted. We were gone the entire day (left at 8, back at 6) and all they did was put two towels down the the AC unit. Carpet was still soaking wet and the room smelled like a basement. I went back to the front desk and asked what had been done to fix the issue; the person at the desk simply told me that she was “not informed about my issue” and said putting towels down was probably all they could do. After I kept asking for a solution, she offered another room which had two smaller beds (not the king bed I paid for). We accepted - because what else could we do - and the second room was fine; nothing special, but no leaking AC! They advertise a continental breakfast, which consists of cereal and packaged danishes. They have an in-house restaurant that advertises a breakfast buffet on weekends; we tried to eat there and found that there was no breakfast buffet setup, but there WAS the dinner buffet from the night before - still sitting in all the pans from the night before, Disgusting. Not sure how this place got a rating of “very good.”

Comfy bed and clean, clean, clean!

Quiet, clean room & excellent staff. 'Enjoyed my stay.

Check in was fast and easy. Most of the room was clean. In the freezer part of the fridge was 3 pounds of hamburger, left from a previous guest. The bathroom had a big gob of black mess right below light switch. I thought maybe black paint but was it easily wiped with tissue.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms are clean. Slept good.

It’s neat that it looks like the White House.

Nice room. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problem was with the tv. The volume didn’t work.

Would have preferred a better seating area because that made no sense but other than that was good

Very convenient, lots of parking. Did not like had to do stairs even when using elevator. Continental breakfast was kind of lame compared to other places. Could hear every nois from room above.

We stayed one night. It was quiet and clean.

Pool area was very dimly lit, asked for more chairs, and they said there were no more. Pool was pretty small as well. It was a neat little place though, each room “state” themed, we stayed in “Kentucky” Continental breakfast was not impressive

My only problem was the first night the shower was cold

It is advertised as having a pool but the pool is never open. The air in my room was extremely dry. The bed and pillows were too mushy so it was hard to get comfortable as you kept sinking into the bed every time you tried to move.

Walked into a 45 degree room that took four hours to heat up, window sills and walls by shower are filthy, sign in elevator says no continental breakfast on fri/sat/sun but they had one, no garbage can in breakfast area, broken outlet cover in breakfast area, bottom safety handle in shower not attached, bathroom fan quit working, not enough signage in the bldg to find the lobby We stayed here one year ago and had none of these problems, they are letting it go downhill
