전체 평가 및 리뷰 Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden

저는 왠만라하면 후기를 안적는데 방은 좁고 밤에 광장 앞이라 너무 씨끄럽네여...

This was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.

직원들도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어요 사우나 좋았습니다 여러모로 다 좋았던 호텔이에요 걸어서 웬만한 곳 다 이동 가능하고 마사지도 제공해주는데 이용 못해봐서 아쉬워요

직원들이 너무나도 친절했고, 체크아웃 할 때 두고온 짐을 찾으려고 계속 연락할 일이 있었는데, 끝까지 친절하게 응대 해주었습니다. 너무나도 추천 합니다.

스파 시설이 잘 구비되어 있어 여행의 고단함을 잊을 수 있었습니다. 정원이 보이는 아침식사도 아주 좋았습니다.

작지만 아늑하고 아름다운 호텔입니다

로마보다 요금도 싼데 방도 현대식에 깔끔하구 직원들도 친절해요 아주아주~♡♡ 조식 꽁짜에 오후 4시부터는 티타임으로 간단하게 쿠키랑 차 꽁짜구요~ 정원이 정말정말 이뻐요~~ 이 가격에 이 정도 시설이라면 완전 베리 굿이에요~ 전 누가 피렌체에 간다면 꼭 여길 추천하고 싶으네요~♡♡♡

호텔 자체가 깨끗이 정비되서, 유럽 호텔중에 거의 베스트로 손꼽혀요 역에서 좀 걸어야한단 점이 걸리지만 1키로 내에 다 걷는건 유럽여행때 그거 기본이니. 조식도 깔끔했고 호텔객실도 넘나 제스탈이었어요 모던하지만 유럽스럽고 깨끗하고 깔끔하고. 천고도 높아서 ㅎㅎ 하루만 머문게 아쉽네요 피렌체 가시는 분들 추천드려요

새롭게 리모델링된 호텔로 시설이 매우 세련되고 청결하며 편리하게 되어있었음. 객실은 아담하여 안락함을 제공해 주었고, 욕실 및 화장실이 분리되어 프라이버시 측면에서 세심한 배려가 좋았음. 호텔의 위치가 유명 관광지와 매우 가까워 이동하기가 편리했음. 다만, 수영장의 경우 생각보다는 작았고, 늦은시간에는 사용하기가 어려웠던 점을 제외하고는 모두 만족스러웠음.

깔끔한 호텔, 아늑한 방, 친절한 staff...조식도 훌륭하고 뭐 하나 나무랄 것이 없는 호텔. 추가 비용이 들더라도 뷰가 있는 룸으로 예약 하기를 잘했다는 생각을 아침마다 두오모를 보며 한 기억이 납니다.

The pool was perfect for the heat. The gym was small.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. This hotel was perfect for our 4 nights exploring the delights of Florence. Well positioned for all the major sights and close to so many restaurants and bars that we were spoiled for choice. Nice and close to the train station for transfers to the airport. It is walkable, but as it was very hot and humid, we did taxi to the train station when we left on travel home day. Hotel reception ordered this for us and the taxi was there in less than 5 minutes - perfect! Hotel room was well equipped, the bed comfortable and we had every bathroom amenity we possibly could’ve needed. We did ask for a fan for the room in addition to the A/C as it was very hot during our stay and we prefer a cool room when we sleep. Again, this was no problem and was with us very quickly and made the difference. The spa and pool area, although small was very welcome when we returned after our sightseeing. You do need to book a slot for this with reception, but it was a lovely bit of downtime you don’t often get in a city hotel. We had breakfast daily, which was lovely and set us up nicely for the day. Plenty of choice and tasty too. We did have cocktails and dinner at the restaurant which again, were great. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning there when we visit again.

Amazing hotel. Friendly hotel staff.

Wow! Loved this place. Staff was so helpful, breakfast buffet was out of this world, dinners were really nice, and room (suite) was really comfortable. The garden area is pretty and quiet (except for the dulcet sound of the bells from the Duomo. Dolce vita!). The pool is small, but we weren’t there to swim, and pools are hard to find period in Europe. Close to all of the sites (walking distance). Didn’t try the spa, but that probably adds to the experience. Yeah, I’d go back for sure.

Very friendly staff. Very nice hotel. The area around the property is very busy and congested but it’s n walking distance to train station.

Absolutely beautiful property. From the spacious rooms to the stunning courtyard and not to mention the relaxing spa/pool facilities. Its proximity to a lot of sights and restaurants was really good. And of course the staff were so very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Camillia for all her care and service to our group. Love, love, love this little sanctuary. Out of our three hotels we stayed at, this was our most favourite. Would not hesitate to come back for future Florence trips! Thank you! 🙏

Very clean and well maintained property. Amazing and very helpful staff 24/7. Spa, sauna and pool - big plus. Restaurant and bar inside this property was very good and very convenient. Highly recommend booking this hotel!
