숙소 넓고 샤워실도 좋았는데 어메니티가 허술하고 수건에서 락스냄새 나더니 결국 얼굴과 몸이 뒤집어졌습니다 일주일 숙박했는데 수건때문에 힘들었고 지하철 버스 바로 앞이어서 이동은 좋았습니다

It was business trip for 5 days. Overall, Reasonable price and comfortable stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It helped me so much that they spoke English.

The fifth-floor front room we have has amazing views of the city through lush mature trees. Great access to taxis on the street below and easiness for Uber pickups. The room itself is very futuristic, aligning with the hotel name. The visual aesthetics of the room do not match functionality, though. The room has 2 beds: king and twin. A giant round column serves as a privacy marker between beds. The toilet and shower are in different capsule-shaped structures, each barely bigger than a train/ plane bathroom. No privacy even with spouse in room; not ideal for non-intimate travelers. Random sheer curtains provide nothing that enhances privacy. No possibility of a space where lights can be turned on without whole room lighting up. This was really inconvenient when I needed to do work but couldn't because spouse was still sleeping and all lights would have to come on. Floor lamp that matches sconces is cool but not plugged into nearest non-functioning switch. Room has an unforgiving western sun exposure, our first and most substantial concern. Considered moving to another room, but the room options were smaller. We stayed. Heavy duty curtains had to be lowered to keep the room adequately cool but never cold. There is another curtain screen that offers a view and filters sun. Breakfast buffet a plus and reasonably priced at 18 euros. Good pastries and other options.

Perfect Stay!

Modern layout, close to bus stops, metro stations, mall, food places

After checking in we found that the sliding bathroom door could not be opened or closed and the TV couldn’t turn on. The problems were fixed quickly though. Breakfast choice was the same everyday since we stayed long it was terrible. I observed that the cleaning staff used the same clothes for cleaning everything in the room from table to tray, etc. One night our wallet was stolen while walking on the street and we wanted to report to the police. I asked the front office staff to help key in the nearby police station address in Uber. She did but it was not a nearby one (the police asked why we didn’t go to the one near our hotel). On our departure day, the Uber taxi driver arrived somewhere that was not the pickup point where we used to wait. The front office staff were busy with checking in so I asked a staff whom we met almost every morning during breakfast to help talk to the driver but he refused and told me to ask the front office staff. My overall assessment of this hotel is that although the hotel location is good, the operation and staff are not professional.

Además, tiene una alberca que está abierta a las 24 horas, lo cual lo vuelve muy conveniente para poder descansar, después de un día largo en Lisboa, la piscina te relaja mucho, además, también tienen bar 24 horas Si volvería a este hotel

Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great, the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The icing on the top was the amazing staff that went out of their way to surprise our daughter with a birthday cake and a song. Thank you so, so much!

Air conditioning doesn’t work and staff doesn’t know how to fix it, apparently they are saving energy reducing the AC, breakfast is very expensive compare to locations around

This is my third time staying at the Evolution Saldanha, and two issues got them a 4 star instead of 5 star rating this time. 1. I was staying with my 11 yo son, and we got one big bed instead of two beds. I should not need to ask to get two beds on a booking with an adult and a minor. 2. My Platinum VIP status gets me a free bottle of wine. I didn't receive it. Otherwise, great! I was only there for one night, and was too tired to complain about either issue. It won't stop my from staying again.

Very cool Hotel and amazing Staff.

This wonderfully-located hotel made for a great stay. The place is about 10 meters from the nearest metro station (the line from the airport!), along a major shopping and restaurant street. I arrived very early in the morning to leave my bags, and they happened to have a room available and offered to check me in right away. They offer fine amenities. The only thing I'd recommend is, if you're sensitive to street noise, check the position of your room. Some are quieter than others, depending on their floor and the street they're facing.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was the AC. We could not get it to be cooler than 22 (even with TV controls and wall control) which was frustrating but other than that, excellent hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
