Breakfast was great

IT WAS VERY WELL MANAGED BUT THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER CLEANED. SOME CHIPS ON THE FLOOR, SOME DUST BUNNIES ON THE FLOOR AND A COMB IN THE WARDROBE. WOULD PROBABLY STAY THERE AGAIN HOPING THAT THIS HOUSEKEEPING FAIL WAS JUST A ONE OFF

Check in experience was excellent. Room was clean, spacious. Air conditioning was great. Morning breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

When it was newer, this place must have been great. But that was probably 35 years ago. Sadly, the upkeep needed to keep it in good condition has been lacking. The rooms have been given some attention, and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. But the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and the carbon monoxide detector was missing (with wires hanging out). The breakfast was, honestly, one of the worst I've had in a hotel. The egg-things and sausage had no flavor. The pancakes and muffins were burned. Aside from the clean room, the one saving grace for this place was the price...about $100 less than the new hotel across the street. I would probably stay here again because I'm cheap, but only if for one night.

Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Location was convenient, breakfast included was good. Would stay here again.

The overall place was good and a decent price, just a little dark in the hallways. A sign says snacks and ice on 2nd floor, but it looks like they removed the snack machine and put in a second ice machine. They should update their signs. Breakfast was ok, but definitely downgraded since last time we stayed there, where you could get eggs made your way. They didn't have any muffins, only Texas bread slices, no other breads/buns. The hot food was typical with scrambled eggs, which they seemed to keep up on all the time, but no bacon or sausage, only some "burnt" looking meat. I believe they said it was beef patties??? They also had a few poached eggs and some pancakes, but they didn't have enough and when they refilled them, they only brought 4 or 5 at a time and there were a lot of people waiting for pancakes.

Enjoyed the stay. We could hear cars outside and the air conditioning was loud. It was a spacious room and the staff were lovely.

The woman at the front desk was totaly rude when I asked if they had any Band-Aids, she rudely responded NO with a nasty attitude and demeanor You would think Best Western would keep a supply of some first aid items for the guests

The location of the hotel is great. Close to lots of amenities. The hotel is dated and the property needs renovation. The room we stayed in was good. Large and spacious. It included its own kitchen. Happy that the floor inside the room was not carpet. Very impressed with the cost of the room on a Sunday night.
