We stayed here last weekend and loved our third floor room. This time we were in 107 and only problem was bathroom area. The door only opened a fourth of the way, it would not stay closed either. The bath body wash was empty also. The clerk made it seem like the hotel only provides the minimum required. The least required should have been a functional bathroom door. The room was clean and the fridge is nice and cold. 107 should not be rented till bathroom door is fixed. Otherwise, we have never had a bad experience staying here.

Property is showing signs of neglect and poor maintenance

Visited family member in Victoria. This was perfect location for our activities. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Stayed 5 nights, our room was checked each day. Breakfast was good, nice pool, bed comfortable.

My family stayed at this location a few times and this property meets expectations for the price we pay.

The stay was nice. Carpet needs replacing and bathroom wasnt swept.

The conditioner dispenser was empty and I requested for more. Housekeeping came by but the very next day it was out again. So I’m not sure what the issue was but there wasn’t any conditioner in there that I was able to use once again. Other than that my stay was fine.

Check in was quick, but the hallway leading to the room smell like fresh cigarettes. When I went into the room smell was gone but it didn’t seem as clean since I could see dirt, hair strands and foot prints in the restroom. Restroom door did not lock but a plus in the room the vent did work.

Unable to access TV system

Gym equipment outdated. Carpet old smells moldy little cockroaches everywhere in the room.

The shower in my room did not work, and the bath in general was in need of repair. Breakfast ended at 8AM, which seems early

Great and chill

Hotel HR Director/Hotel Admin should be fired. He did not notify that breakfast closed early on Sundays. He rudely kicked customers out of the breakfast lounge. When questioned he became irate and argumentative towards the customers. The sign said it closed at 10 and he closed it at 9. When asked about the time it was taken down. He told customers that were questioning the sudden time change, he said he didn't need to notify anyone. He threatened to call the cops and told a woman and her daughter that they were being kicked out and he was forcibly canceling their room. With her daughter standing there watching. When the female customer asked him if he knew why they were there, he responded that he didn't care and that their room was now canceled. We will never come back to this hotel and I will be posting what happened everywhere I possibly can. He needs to be fired and removed from your facility

The property is very old and outdated. The carpets are stained and the room had dirty tissues behind the tv and crumbs between the bed and nightstand. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke all night and morning. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.
