조식 먹는 공간이 너무 훌륭했어요. 신혼여행 호텔이었는데 너무 만족했습니다~^^ 담에도 또 가고싶어요.

The hotel is good but I would stay other hotel at this price. The location is superb.

상당한 만족.. 직원들도 친절하고 중심지 소재.. 커피 포트 없는 것이 좀 아쉬움.

대부분의 부문에서 5성급에 합당합니다. 다만, 옛 건물을 그대로 활용해서인지 샤워실과 화장실이 불편했습니다. 샤워실은 통유리로 칸을 나눠서 만든 한국의 흔한 디자인호텔처럼 되어있는데, 커튼을 드리워놓아서 내부는 보이지 않지만 저는 불편했습니다. 또, 층간소음이 있는 편이었는데, 윗층의 발소리와 의자 끄는 소리가 그대로 들렸습니다. 예민한 분들은 충분히 불편함을 호소할만한 수준이어서 아쉬웠습니다. 눈에 띄는 단점만 적어보았는데, 그 외의 모든 점은 훌륭합니다.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were excellent and very friendly/helpful. Daniela was extremely pleasant and made a very good brunch recommendation upon our departure.

Great location and service but not really a luxury property.

Immaculate and great location. Beds are not comfortable- very hard. Expected better from a property of this level. Their response was to put a mattress topper on - on the last night of our stay. Staff and amenities are fine but not memorable. Overall disappointing.

This hotel is Amazing with a capital A. Booked on Orbtiz just before we took off from Philly to Lisbon. Upon arrival, our reservation was not in their system, so we were provided a complimentary breakfast. Our room got upgraded too. Because our room was available we got to check in early. Great location. Less than 100 feet from the Parca do Comércio. Walking distance to everything. Short Ubers to train station and the Belém Tower. Hotel staff responsive and attentive. We had trouble understanding the train shutdown to Porto because of the recent horrendous storms. Staff worked all that out for us. Breakfast was incredible. You could do made to order items or eat from the buffet which included fresh breads fruit salmon bacon etc. The breakfast will not disappoint. Afternoon champagne was a treat too. Pool water is on cool side but didn’t miss it because there is so much to do in Lisbon. What stands out most is the hospitality extended by every member of the staff.

Great location, beautiful hotel, lovely room, delicious breakfast and above all excellent service. The pool is chilly if you use the spa are but the massage we had was out of this world.
