Limpio y calidad de servicio

This is a cute little property. Nice pool, fast check in. Beds very hard, no blanket, no washclothes. I could ask for them, but would have to walk to the front desk as there is no phone in room. Great hot water and shower pressure. Need a car to stay here, but definitely would for the price if I was staying a few days

Pésima actitud del jóven de recepción, apático y grosero, se molesta si necesitas que te abra la puerta para salir y le molesta más abrirte para volver a entrar de hecho se molesta por cualquier cosa... el colchón era HORRIBLE y las almohadas TERRIBLES, los más incómodos en los que he dormido...se escuchaba un ruido en el cuarto como cada 4 minutos, bastante molesto... Las calles de su alrededor están en pésimas condiciones y muy muy feitas... Definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar ahí y eso q solo estuve unas horas,

Location is not good

El lugar es un apartamento muy amplio aunque las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, no es tan nuevo como luce en las fotos pero para una familia con poco dinero esta muy bien

Está muy mal ubicado

Bien en general. Hotel cercano al aeropuerto, Muy sencillo pero limpio y cómodo. El personal de recepción un poco mal encarados. La zona donde se encuentra está descuidada y las calles en muy mal estado, pero el hotel está bien. No es seguro salir en la noche por lo que es mejor llegar en coche propio o taxi. No funciona Uber en toda esa zona y desde el aeropuerto. Lo malo es que los taxis lo saben y abusan en sus tarifas. El hotel no tiene restaurante pero Uber eats sí funciona. Además las villas cuentan con cocina por lo que uno puede preparar alimentos.

I met 2 different receptionists. 1 guy evening shift, gave me very weong information, about covid test, he told me I have to go to center of Cancun, and also no atm around and offered me expensive cab to the center so I can get my covid test for Airport. But I walked around and in 5-6 blocks there was a pharmacy Ahorro, which tested me and gave me in english my test results and also I found next to Pharmacy an ATM. There was also a small clinic, which asked me to pay 200$ for Covid test. Must be careful from Scam. But meanwhile, morning shift girl receptionist, was super nice and helped me out a lot with different questions.

Nice little garden, but not anything else. Not in a nice neighborhood, lots of smell of humidity in the room.

Its ok for a cheap short stay. Wifi does not reach bedroom much. Shower not great, AC was good. I almost starved the first night as I could not order uber eats and its a dirt road to businesses. If you arrive late have food arrangements made! Now businesses close at 10-11p so if you are tired and have to walk down the rough road late at night its a hassle. Pool was yucky looking. A tad over priced considering location and bare facilities.

I did not stay in this property, it is a old building, slippery, full of insects, poor bed. Condition , bad smell and I would like to get my full refund as I had to book in Marryot at a higher price in the night with my family, I highly recommend Expedia remove this listing as others don’t get cheated

Nice place to stay overnight or more days. Clean and good price I had one little problem with Ac but they gave me a better room the next day

It did have any utensils or dishware. Location is very ugly

Great place to stay they had everything even kitchen, a nice pool to relax in felt safe in our stay a beautiful place I highly recommend it

Me gusto La ubicación cerca a mi destino, solo que las calles de acceso están terribles No me gusto La tv era a color pero la señal de sky en blanco y negro El tener que bajarse para timbrar y te abran la reja para entrar y salir

This is a great choice for people (like me traveling from Canada/USA) looking for a quick stop next to the airport. I was traveling to playa del carmen, needed to stop here for a day to wait for my partner so we don't double pay for the shuttle to PDC.

It looked like some motel in Mexico. The pool looked ok. Staff was not really welcoming. The apartment was quite ran down. I would not stay again. I didnt like anything about it really.

Considero que está bastante bien en términos generales, considerando el costo, diría que es una buena elección. Las calles para llegar a la locación en muy mal estado y no las consideraría seguras para salir a caminar
