We booked a room but the reaction of the receptionist was as if she had a bad day. It seemed that she was not happy with the price at online agent as she asked much more from us. When we booked she tried to not give an air-conditioning room so I had to show it to her. Because if the location in the city we wanted to book 1 more day. So we did afterwards. This time she asked us to give 100 more because the room we had booked was with fan. I couldn't see the details if she was right, but 100 more was not important. She and the other lady working there kept on repeating to pay her the 100, we paid of course. 2 things has happened during our stay: 1. The bed and towels were not changed. When we asked she said that she is going to sleep and that she would do it the next day (we were leaving the next day). We literally dried our body with our clothes. 2. We hired a motorcycle and the owner had to get it from the hotel in case we leave the 2d day for attraction. The bus reminded that they would come late so I asked the receptionist (owner) I guess to call the motorcycle rental if they were open. She did as she called and said 2 words that they were closed. I didn't believe it so I went to the store before the bus arrives. The store was open and the owner said that nobody had called him. So she lied. Why? I don't know maybe she wanted to make it difficult for us.
