투움바의 다운스 모텔에 묵었습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 편리했습니다. 하지만 객실 상태는 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 화장실 문에 잠금 장치가 없었고 전반적인 관리가 기준에 미치지 못하는 것 같았습니다. 객실은 비교적 깨끗했지만 기대했던 수준에는 미치지 못했습니다. 분명히 개선이 필요한 부분입니다.

제가 예약할 때 실수로 인해 밤 일찍 도착했을 때 매니저가 제게 숙소를 찾아줘서 정말 고마웠습니다. 그는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다.

Room needs some minor repairs but nothing that made it uncomfortable. Surrounded by food and drink. Great place. Boss man could not have any friendlier.

Room # 5 (one of three economy rooms, cheap and nasty) - I took my socks off and the carpet was sticky! Obviously the staff are cleaning the rooms with their shoes on otherwise they'd feel it too. Staff also knocked on my door just after 9AM 'to see if I was still there' even though the instructions are to put your key in the key box when you leave so they can commence cleaning then! Got stuck in the bathroom briefly because the sliding door just got stuck. It wasn't value for money at all. I paid about $ 112 for each night. I had significant amount of rubbish but there was no council sized bins around that I could see. Only a small tiny bin in the room. There was nothing in the fridge besides a unbranded glass jar that read on a label made by a label maker "fresh milk". No ice tray, no anything! The fridge also needed defrosting. Everything worked but didn't work well. There was only one bathmat, one face washer and one hand towel but two towels. Made no sense. I asked for a non smoking room and a high room. I got a room with a no smoking sticker on the window but out of all the roofs, mine was the only one with a beautiful big fat ash tray on the trouble outside my door and I never got a high room, ground floor it was. Wouldn't recommend the motel to anyone.

Clean comfy and quiet. What else could you want?
