Great location easy to find

Proper fridge / freezer combo, lounge & bedroom, off road out of sight courtyard parking and great pillows & bed all works well for a very comfortable 3 day stay

Good value stay, loved that you had 2 queen beds, one in a separate room. Recommended!

Quiet, clean, well equipped, easy to access with friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly, and all amenities were sufficient. Rooms are comfy and having a stove top was so great.

We could have our dog with us. The whole place was lovely & clean. Great friendly hosts. Comfortable beds. We will be back when passing tbru Greytown again.

Murray, Max and Maddie were a lovely greeting party. Check in was a breeze and Murray was a wealth of knowledge on things to check out and places to eat. The room and facilities were brilliant. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was both kept awake and woken by an intermittent jolting “whoosh” sound. NI have stayed at Oaks twice b4 & have experienced the same thing. The noise is hard to describe/define but I think it’s mechanical - maybe air conditioning or similar & if I were the owner, I would find a way to record one whole night to determine the cause. What a pity - I felt very tired and seedy going into a busy day. Thanks Dee

Very attentive staff and a spacious room with sunny aspect

Beautuful place to stay, easy walk to all the wonderful shops & eateries in Greytown. Seamless check in, very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay

Awesome couple running the Oak estate, loved our stay in the exec suite with a spa bath, and heaps of space. Highly recommend!

Room 9 clean, however I don't recommend, sadly, and I generally like to support small places. The motel I wanted to book was fully occupied, but this was one with lots of vacant rooms (school holidays). We woke up to ant colony walking up bedroom wall beside luggage. Had seen ants in bathroom day before so should have guessed. Owner seemed surprised when I showed him all the dead ants I sprayed but later he mentioned opening up under the bath to check for ants the week before and finding none (would you go to all that trouble and have bug spray under the sink already if you say it's never been an issue before?). Kettle interior was also a very offputting dark brown, didnt use. If not for these things, it would be an average sort of 2-3 star, but I think a bit overpriced at $200 for one night.
