We only stayed for one night. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. We were shocked and terrified to see mice running behind the bed. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned—dead insects were visible in the corners. On a positive note, breakfast was included.

Good stay

Our bed sheets are not clean we found some hair and small inserts on our bed sheets Staff are very nice and helpful

Great property, beautiful pool, friendly staff and very clean rooms, I understand they’re doing renovations however the bed in room 22 is absolutely terrible. There is a big dip in the middle of the bed, the springs in the mattress make noise every time you roll over or move. If it wasn’t for the bed I would give a 5 star rating.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The shower floor was very slippery. But overall very good

No security screens, no chain lock on the door or dead bolt. Stained linen. Staff were not welcoming

The location suited me and the security was excellent

Clean room and good bed

Everything was good. We didn't have any milk however I didn't contact reception after hours to ask for it either.

I was impressed with this motel. Clean, convenient, good location for traveling on the Newell hwy and motel gates locked at night for safety. Continental breakfast was perfect to start the next day of traveling. Try the services club for a quick evening meal!

Very helpful.

We booked the executive twin room. Basic room, not as modern as the pics made it look. Bathroom clean. Sheets and towels clean. There was a locked door adjoining the next room, you could hear a bit of muffled sound. We didn’t use the tea/coffee facilities so can’t comment. Staff were nice and check-in was easy.

I didn’t feel that safe there, they need to make improves on that. And there needs to be some better communication at reception when arriving around instructions regarding your stay. Was disappointed with no transparency especially that you are paying to be there and stay. Not cool.

Motel was good and close to Moree Services Club

Well it didn’t smell and bed was good. Needs a bit of updating, so many cobwebs and some water damage. Needs work. Was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We love the service and the rooms were quite also a great spot to park the Truck. the only let down was the BBQ area.No existing and had to cook in rooms

The room was large and had everything I need (like a toaster). Not sure how the parking works - there was someone in the space which had the number of my room. The pool outside looked enticing, and the town's public pool and thermal waters are a block away. I like the gate is locked at night for safety, It was an easy drive to the Services club for a takeaway Chinese meal. When I was leaving I dropped my key at the front desk, and I could smell toast being made in the restaurant - I don't know if breakfast was included - I missed out
