Handy having a good quality restaurant on site

Great stay, property is very tired. Staff were great.

Great stay

Quiet location. Spacious room. Easy parking. Close to city, but not right in the middle of it.

Staff are great, friendly and go above and bring. Rooms are out dated and need a little love.

This accommodation was very convenient to where we needed to be, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and accommodation prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Spent only 2 nights but was a delightful hotel, excellent food and service .

So very quiet, staff were so helpful and lovely Rooms very clean, I did not eat at the restaurant Which overlooked the pool, but I am sure it would have been to satisfaction Beach at the door step just another plus Would stay here again

We had a great overnight stay. We love the quiet setting surrounded by parkland with easy access to the beach. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious!

I was located on the ground floor,and parked my car right outside the room👍 It was a very cold night in Mackay,which is rare,and it got cold in my room,and there's no option for turning heat on,you can only control the flow of the air,you cannot adjust the temperature..Also,the free wifi code didnt work,I was either given the wrong number,or it dosnt work at all. But very nice,spacious rooms

Great food and drink, nice room

Spacious rooms, 24 hour reception, onsite restaurant with great food. Next to the beach and an easy walk to Harrup Park.

Everything was clean and beautiful, however some more affordable dining options or at the very least directions to more affordable dining options would be nice

Was nice spacious room with adequate room to do work. Comfortable bed and good location. Had a nice restaurant at the hotel also.

I feel we were put downstairs in an old room because I used Wotif This happens quite a lot, not just this motel, I think I will start booking directly with the motel. Sorry.

good hotel just nothing else close without cab or uber

The room was so clean and pleasant. Simple yet elegant for a family. My kids loved staying there. Having the beach so close made it even better! Food was delicious and loved the singer that was there on the Friday night! He played a few kid friendly songs like the wiggles and baby shark so my kids got to have a dance. It was amazing and we will definitely be staying there from now on when we visit Mackay :)
