Overall amazing

Was on the ground floor, room above made noise up until the early hours of the morning. Bathroom smelt like mould. Milk in the fridge was frozen and the floor was dirty. As a single woman I felt very unsafe and the chain for the door was broken. Would not stay here again.

Room was old but adequate. It could have been cleaner. Microwave was dirty. No tissues and no hand towel. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Sufficient parking.

Parking was easy but the park for our room was obstructed and it seemed anyone parked anywhere

Perfectly acceptable for the price, and a great location for a one night stopover. A little run down but there were clean sheets and clean bathroom so that’s good. Customers are expected to clean their own plates (which is fine by me) but cleaning staff should still check that this has been done properly. We found a long black hair on a plate.

No words to say I can give 10/10 marks. We enjoyed with everything.

Good parking. Good value, budget motel. Comfortable room. Quite dated, but not unexpected. We were looking for a cheap motel for the night and we were happy. Good location and a good pizza / pasta shop and bakery a short walk away.

Staff were amazing room was clean bed comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was large and man who checked me in (manager I believe) was lovely and walked me to my room. Friendly and very helpful.

After driving 6 hours, arriving late and heading straight for dinner, I went to have a shower and found there were blood splatters over the mirror and all over the tiles in the shower. There was an oil stain from food with bits on the left side of bed. There was further blood on the blanket on the right side. There were hairs in the sheets. Called the front desk just before 10pm as I had just got back after dinner. I requested a change of linen at a minimum. Was unable to provide anything. No one turned up until 1030 the following day. The spare pillow was covered in dust despite being in a cupboard. I had to sleep on top of a spare blanket with nothing to cover. There has been no compensation or reduction in cost. Unable to move to another room or hotel. All booked. I tried. I would have expected a refund for at least one night.

Very convenient location as this motel is within walking distance of Albury City Centre, close to the Botanic Gardens and opposite the parklands around the Murray. The bed was comfortable and our room had the convenience of a fridge, microwave etc. The check in was easy with good communication from friendly and helpful staff. Not top luxury but comfortable for the overnight stop that we needed.

Worst communication from a motel I've ever experienced. Don't expect any help or positive response from the "ghosts " that apparently run the place. We never saw a staff member anywhere, only contacted through phonecalls and very unhelpful. Shower wall had something on it I can't identify but didn't look healthy. Tiles on shower floor been replaced, they were uneven and sharp, cut my foot. Couldn't put anything in tiny freezer as it was frozen over. Door latch not long enough for a little extra security. Pool, half empty with caution tape wrapped around the gate. Only good thing was a comfy bed. Stay here prewarned.

Clean. Friendly. Everything worked.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was hot at night unless ac was on. But very clean and great budget price for a quick stopover.

Fridge in room noisy when compressor started, sign asking us to wash our own dishes but NO towel to dry them with . Street noise at night especially from service station across the road. Won’t be using this hotel again as a stopover.

Cold water tap in bathroom basin of Room 7 needs fixing

It was very comfortable

Terrible hotel not clean , not as it was profiled, carpet had not been vacuumed 2 towels for 4 beds . No bath mats, toilet seat was dirty and no soap in any of the dispenser. Air con did not work and windows were sealed.?

Very good, comfortable unit of good size and fixtures. Great price, great value.
