This was a great overnighter. The staff member at the front counter was amazing, so helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here each year for the past 5 years. It is a great place to grab food, go for a beach walk and enjoy shops close by. We spend our time planning for the following year and this is our home away from home. Great service, staff and location

The front of house staff were wonderful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful.

Quest Cronulla Beach could not have been more fantastic! From the communication pre-check-in, ensuring they met my needs – I am wheelchair bound and needed accessible accommodation and I also have a licensed Assistance dog They were more than willing and had prepared everything to support both of us. The communication was excellent before and during our day, and we would absolutely come again and stay there, without question, as the experience was fantastic! I have no doubt that those who just require regular accommodation would be just as thrilled by the experience of quest Cronulla Beach!

Great property, great location & friendly staff

The staff were amazing. We arrived early and they were able to get us in early. The front desk was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the room was spacious. A better selection of pillows would have lifted the whole experience. But I like a firm pillow, so that’s more common for me than not. The location is perfect and the staff were easy and polite. I appreciated the recommendations for places to eat—which were freely given in a casual conversation—and their friendly manner. Their customer service was ace!

The balconies have a hessian divider with eye bolt attachments. With the exception of my first night there was a lot of wind and these fixings rattled all night which constantly woke me up. I sent an email through on this and it wasn't even acknowledged. Disappointing, and I was glad to get home for a sound sleep.
