The room was incredibly poorly stocked - we booked for 5 people and had cutlery and crockery for 2. The fridge and aircon were not on on arrival and the temp that day was 39 degrees. The website is listed as access to a pool which is why we booked - only to find the pool is the local public pool not “nearby” at all and another cost on top of the stay. Very misinformed.

We had a wonderful one-night stay before heading to Victoria. The accommodation was delightful, perfectly located in the heart of town, close to shops and restaurants. As a family of five, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Suzie's warm and friendly presence made our experience even more special.

Friendly service. Good parking at front of room. Well located within Cooma CBD. Rooms were clean but a little outdated. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable and was saggy.

Very basic hotel room for the cost.

Clean room, loved that it had an espresso machine and smart tv. But sadly the bed could with replacement as was too soft and felt saggy.

It felt safe and secure, very friendly and helpful front office/ manager. It had everything we needed to spend a comfortable weekend during our trip to the snowy mountains with a young child. Thank you

Nice room with plenty of shops near by. Very clean and shower was amazing. Second time staying here and will definately be booking again.

Room was exceptionally clean.I really like the idea of parking car just outside the front door.Very quiet and close to all the amenities...So i would highly recommend this place to everyone.
