Arrived for late check in, got into cabin and it smelt stale, sheets were stained, lounge was covered in black marks, window curtains for mouldy, there was a booger on night stand next to bed. We left 3 hours later and continued trip. Absolutely appalled and never will stay again.

Everything there was very old. The cabin was very smelly after some cleaning chemicals. The bed linen were dirty. The TV set was so high that you could not watch it. We will never come to you again.

Easy to get to and easy to check in - even after office hours. As an adult, it was difficult to get into the top bunk without anything to hold onto on the left side. Very clean and tidy cabin. Would stay again.

Was very clean friendly staff. Great for our dogs. All round well worth it close to tourist things.

Great friendly (and pet-friendly) service, basic comfortable and spacious cabin. Driveways, drainage might not be ideal for rainy weather. We were lucky and missed the rain during our stay. Highway location is a bit noisy and can be difficult to drive out of. Not super close to restaurants etc.

Easy to find. Cute little cabin with all needs met

This is the 2nd time we had stayed at banana coast caravan park, the first time was terrific, this time though the cabin was small, smelly and unfortunately one to the beds was like sleeping on concrete, we ended up leaving earlier than we had planned. Vicki in the office though was a pleasure to deal with, unfortunately it is the cabin that let our holiday down.

Toilet needs uplift, and using blue colours in towels seems they try to hide the dirty. Room needs better lighting. Apart from that, good sleeping.

It was neat and quiet.

It's close to beach side and Big Banana. Enjoyed and great day with family.

Great location in Coffs, well priced, clean, but there were a few very noisy people in other cabins at all hours of the night, including cars skidding and screeching inside the park.

Dates amnesties. Playground and swimming pool in need of safety

Clean, new stove, good water pressure in shower, clean fridge, clean kitchen in general. Furniture dated, towels smelly. No insects in the cabin. We stayed for a week. We cleaned the shower, wipoed down the table and chairs. Used pur own linen. The main things were clean and functionable : kitchen and bathroom

We left and asked for our money back( still waiting for our refund) this place was a disgrace it was dirty we had bugs biting us inside the cabin the smell was off would not recommend

Love being able to have my fur babies with me

The younger male "manager" likes to drive the park in his golf cart and gawk at holiday goers. Kids cannot make a sound or play around the pool without being told off. Cabin had a extremely uncomfortable patio furniture as the main lounge chair. Cabin was not clean, no toilet paper and dirty utensils. No its not expensive, but it's still a very poorly run business.

Close to a secluded beach

Next to the highway, too noisy. You won't be able to sleep. The cabins need renovation, they are very old now, old towels too. I will say, the staff is very friendly but not a reason to return.

For a basic room it was good for the money and in a great location.

Perfectly acceptable place to stop overnight on our road trip. Clean and comfortable, though nothing fancy or modern. Beds, bathroom, kettle... all we need. Travelers with kids (9 - 17 years). Didn’t use playground or bbq, but I saw they are there.
