직원이 너무 불친절합니다. 특히 둘 중 젊은여자! 들어가서 체크인 하는 순간부터 완전 기분 상함. 같은 가격에 훤씬 친절하고 시설좋은 숙박 시설이 많으니 여기는 절대 비추합니다. 시설이 조금 부족해도 사람들이 친절하면 기분 상하지 않지만.. 직원의 태도는 정말 말할수 없이 기분 나쁨.

편안하고 시설도 좋았음. 특히 미네랄 온천 풀이 있는 것이 매력적. 다만 개미가 많은 것이 흠.

숙소에 늦게 도착해서 스텝들은 모두 퇴근하고 없었지만 친절하게 리셉션에 이름과 방정보를 붙여놓아주어 체크인하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 룸컨디션은 정말 좋았습니다. 침구류도 포근했고 에어컨,냉장고,TV등 모든부분에서 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 스파와 수영장,아이들 놀이시설이 있어 가족단위 방문객들에게 최고의 숙소인것 같습니다. 로토루아 도심과 가까이 위치해있고 가까운 곳에 쇼핑,음식점등이 위치해 있어 편리했습니다.

The staff were very friendly and our room was cosy and warm.

Great family friendly stay in good location, walking distance next to Kuirau park. Their spas weren't in operation but reception gave us free vouchers for the Polynesian Spa which was a nice compliment.

Our visit to Tasman holiday park was cosy, private, peaceful, and revitalising. The mineral pool was under maintenance but we were given complimentary access to the polynesian spas which was much appreciated. Lovely customer oriented service at reception and from all staff we engaged with. This venue is highly recommended and we will certainly visit again.

Was very good for space for our little family and close to town :)

Location was good within fairly short walking distance to main restaurants and bars. Property had nice thermal and communal pools. Room was basic but had everything we needed - although shower temperature was a bit temperamental at times! Would definitely stay again if needed :)

The unit was comfortable for a 2 night stay, however, the steps up to the unit door were not safe, with little to no room to allow the door to open out towards us. Very risky and a health and safety matter.

Great location, close to town. One of the beds have sand in them and sheets are not exactly the cleanest. Bathroom was clean.

Staff friendly and helpful.

The apartment was of reasonably good size, facility level was adequate, location was very good. We like the thermal pools very much. The site was a bit aged, there was unpleasant smell when first entered the room (it was from the table, which looked clean but somehow smelly). The reception hour was supposed to be 9 am to 6 pm, but when we checked out at around 9:50 am, the reception was still not opened. Me and the other residents could only throw our keys into the key box. In general, a nice and convenient place to stay in.

Enjoyed the swimming pool though it closed an hour earlier than advertised on both the days we stayed. The mineral pool was disappointing, dirty and looked like bugs swimming in the water. The shower had a powerful blast which we enjoyed. The bed settee was quite uncomfortable and not ideal for sleeping or sitting on. Otherwise it was good.
