The hotel made a mistake and gave me the wrong room, so I changed rooms later. They moved my luggage to another room when I was away without my permission, but the fruits and cola in the refrigerator were not moved, and when I returned at night, there was no one in charge so I couldn't eat the fruits. Because I had to leave for the airport early the next morning, I couldn't find the fruit or my cola. This is a very disappointing hotel.

브리즈번공항을 아침일찍 가야되서 하루 묵었습니다. 직원은 매우 친절했고 우리에게 비행기시간을 물어보고 시간을 정해서 밴까지 불러주는 서비스를 제공했습니다. 깨끗한 객실에서 푹 쉬다가 공항까지도 안전하게 이동햇습니다.

Good before airport

Convenient location for airport access. Friendly, helpful staff. Quite a few food options around the area - particularly Punjabi Dawat for great Indian cuisine.

plumbing pipes were very noisy. the tv barely worked and the room would have benefitted from the installation of better glazing (to reduce traffic noise from the very busy road outside).

Nice and quiet place. Very close transportation to CBD.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Ventilator und Klimaanlage. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Room clean and fresh. Beds really comfortable!! Motel close to public transport and free parking a very big plus! Staff all had a smile and were very friendly and helpful!

Ideal room nice view, pool small but adequate, staff very helpful, near to restaurants and shops, all in all great place to stay.

Super comfortable, easy access from the airport

This place has a bad reputation as many people now live there and drink alot. Loud drinks all over the place and a scary insistent at 3 am left us scared . Do now stay here

Room and amenites is good condition, great bed. Sadly no airport transit bus is available as advertised on Expedia.
