Clean modern quiet and comfy bed.

Good location

The girls that clean where great but the reception staff were not we had a function to attend and asked to get early access and it was okayed by owner but this information was not passed on

Perfect motel for an overnight stay. Gentleman who has escorted me to the room to show me how everything worked was a very nice touch. A good level of service.

Enjoyed the limited amount of rooms and parking area although it can be tricky getting in and out with larger cars. The daily clean of the room was nice as well. The noise however from other rooms and the main road can take some getting use to.

The room next door to us was wide open all night, it was not made up, I felt like maybe someone went in and left very early....perhaps a homeless person. I thought it was odd that the door was left open. The staff were not friendly at all....it was like we were an inconvenience.

The room was basic and the carpets needed a good clean.

Property was good for 1 night stay. Walking distance to all shops and food outlets.

We stayed overnight only and it was fine. In my opinion the price paid is too high for what you get. Room is old but it was clean, bathroom was more modern which was appreciated. Staff were nice and check in and check out was quick and easy.

Did not like the carpet.

Location of the hotel is in prime position, close to fast food places, town pool, a pub and not far from shopping district. We stay for the day on the green so getting to Bimbadgen estate was virtually out the road. Awesome location. Room was ok for our needs. Bed was very soft. Bed head was stained and so was the carpet, very badly. Air conditioner was amazing. Shower amazing with hot hot water and pressure. Car parks a nightmare. Small and not numbered. We were in room 7 so down the back in the corner. We parked close to our room but when we went out and came back our park was taken. Price was ok i thought until i seen the room. For the condition of the room i thought it should have been cheaper $240 a night bit pricey.

Staff were friendly and accommodating to an early check in. Motel was clean, bed was comfortable and convenient to dining around the area. I would stay again.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und es gab alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Zimmer schien neugestrichen und so fielen die vergilbten Schalter und nicht mehr neue Klimaanlage gleich ins Auge. Im Bad gab es ein Fenster, welches permanent offen ist und eine wahre Einladung für Insekten war. Das Motel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße und war sehr laut. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken auch aufgrund des unbequemen Bettes.

Good option for family stay, convenient and the pool was perfect. I forgot to bring my charger and the cleaners helped loan me one for the stay. The place is a little worn down but location and overall experience was great value.

Great pool, friendly staff, tidy rooms

Booked two rooms for our stay. Both rooms smelt musty and needed some airing out, but they were very clean and tidy. Beds were hard. Shower in one room did not spray properly, water pretty much just poured out. Location was great for dining options. Easy drive to Hunter Valley Gardens.
