The room was spacious, spotless and well equipped. Gin and Phil were both fabulous hosts! Great location…walkable to everything. Would highly recommend staying there.

Our stay here was lovely for both the accommodation and Christchurch itself. The accommodation is perfectly placed to explore Christchurch and we were very comfortable. The owners of the accommodation are very friendly, helpful and always willing to give guidance on how to optimise our stay.

The room was very small, but clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff members were friendly and helpful and found an item I'd left behind and returned it to me.

This is perfectly situated for spending time in central Christchurch. The rooms are clean and modern. The new owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We love the free parking and modern rooms.

Fantastic stay. Fire alarm went off early and a neighbour banged on our door like a nutter and accused us of setting the alarm off. We were all asleep at the time. Firemen told us somebody burnt their toast in a building next door.

Wonderful stay here, highly recommend. Clean and comfortable room with all the ameneties you need. Easy parking. Close to city. Friendly staff.

The place is clean and tidy. The king mattress was quite soft which didn't give us a good sleep.

Easy to locate, easy parking, easy walk to Casino for a meal, modern with reasonably small room

Property is lovely to stay in, very clean. Lovely owner, very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants at riverside. Easy parking and very secure with gate locked at 8.00 pm.
