시설이 깨끗했고 무엇보다도 직원이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 더블 부킹으로 방 하나에 대해 취소하고 위약금을 물어야 했는데 원만히 처리해 주셨습니다. 그라고 조리시설, 세탁시설이 있어 편리했습니다.

찾기가 조금 까다롭지만...깨끗하다....

시내에 있어 위치도 좋았고, 객실도 깨끗했으면 안락했습니다. 전반적인 컨디션이 만족스러웠습니다. 직원들도 친절했고 물건을 하나 두고 나왔는데 맡겨놓은 짐 찾으러 갔을때 두고 나온 물건도 챙겨줘서 매우 고마웠습니다.

기대 이상의 숙소였습니다. 위치도 정말 좋았습니다. 게다가 8일간의 뉴질랜드 여행 중 가장 친절한 리셉션이었습니다. 코인 세탁실도 성능이 매우 좋았고, 대형 슈퍼마켓도 걸어서 갈 수 있었어요. 방은 매우 넓고 쾌적했습니다.

Excellent value and quality motel. Some motels in NZ can be substandard, so this was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the motel is very conveniently located in the centre of Dunedin.

The property is a convenient location and good for the price, and we appreciated the kitchen and having access to laundry facilities. We were overlooking the car park, but it was not noisy. Reception staff were lovely and helpful.

We hadn't stayed here before so was pleasantly surprised- it was very modern and had a huge amount of space in the room. Had a wee hiccup of no hot water one morning but they had in fixed in no time. The service was great:)

Convenient location, easy parking, great size apartment, stayed here before.

Friendly and quick check-in. Bright, spacious, clean studio in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. The icing on the cake was the 10 dollar laundry service - wash, dry and iron! Highly recommended!!

Warm welcome. Convenient location. Car parking is not so convenient. Didn't realise our room was at the back and we had to drag luggage upstairs.

Check out is at 10:00 am. Can not cook in the apartment, since there is no cooktop or oven.

We were really pleased with 315Euro. Super central, clean and a bonus having free parking. No aircon but the supplied fan was sufficient.

Helpful staff, nice room, reasonable price, very good location in central Dunedin. Not a complaint, but hotel was a bit difficult to find (while driving) as it’s located down a narrow laneway off a one way major street.

Happy with our stay clean & tidy so great thanks.
