업그레이드를 받았는데, 거실과 주방 공간이 있는 최고의 객실이었습니다. 방과 화장실 모두 매우 넓었습니다. 꽤 오래되었지만 호텔 수준은 여전히 매우 좋습니다. USS와 WEAVE가 같은 지역에 있어서 위치가 매우 좋습니다... 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다.

체크인 과정이 약간 느렸습니다. 주차장이 호텔에서 멀리 떨어져 있었습니다. 더 가까운 주차장이 있을지도 모르지만 표지판이 별로 없어서 몰랐습니다. 방 자체는 크고 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 경험은 괜찮았지만 RWS까지 걸어서 갈 수 있고 음식도 많았지만 우리 위 방은 꽤 시끄러웠습니다.

The room of the hotel is great, the receptionist is so nice, and I was glad to stay there.

The check in process was a breeze and received a good service from Gayu, at the reception. The hotel situated in between two stations (Resort World and Imbiah) of Sentosa Express monorail and was just a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast-when my kids ate their breakfast the siomai got shattered plastic pieces. We reported to the incedent and only apologize we heared from the management.

Booked 2 rooms, and requested connecting rooms. Rewarded free upgrade to 2 bedrooms suite. Thank you so much, it really made the holiday memorable for the kids.

Internet WiFi tidak berfungsi dengan baik

Overall OK experience. Except for some door and TV issue.

Check-in was very long, our information was mixed up with another guest. Room was ready after 4.30pm even though we have written in for check in at 1pm. The attractions tickets given to us were not able to use at USS. Saying that the tickets were void. The room was old, and not clean. Will not return again.

I had the most pleasant stay here. It was for my birthday and I didn't expect much but little did I know that the hotel prepared this cute birthday decoration. I was truly impressed. I was given late check out which I was truly grateful as well. Definitely, will come back again. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The checking in was pretty smooth and the best part was that we managed to get an early check-in. The room was very nice and cosy, had comfortable beds and many storage areas. It also had a pretty spacious toilet. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. The check-out process was even way much convenient with us just having to deposit the hotel key cards into the check-out box.

The wifi was lousy … bad connections.

It was a pleasant stay. Friendly service. Staff are very helpful and polite. Overall, experience was wonderful.

The main door lock is faulty (no battery and needs reset) and I had to go to the lobby to get help. There is no telephone on the corridor and I had to make multiple trips from room to lobby to get the issue resolved. Booked 2night and decided to leave after using 1 night. No refund was given. Spoil our staycation. Carpark to the hotel is a distance away. The bed and blanket need improvement.

Place was not clean. My access card was faulty and had to be reissued a new one. Complimentary breakfast selection was bad, just 3 simple set options.

The location of the hotel is great. With eatery and most attractions just a short walk away. However, the service was unsatisfactory. The staff did not inform me that I need to make booking for the use of gym and the pool; Or where to make the booking at the check in. It is quite disappointing as these information should be very basic since the start of covid.
