We stayed at one-bedroom apartment for two nights. The location was a bit away from the city center, but it was nearby the ocean drive and Mount Victoria, which has a nice lookout. The free wifi had data limit to 200MB. The hairdryer was old, and intermittently shut down during use. The manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Would stay again. Lovely people, happily changed the room to a lower floor as hubby had hurt his ankle, even offered bed options. Daily room clean(unexpected). Everything you need, close to the airport and waterside walks. Free parking. The only downside was the lack of access to food areas at night, but a great daytime bakery & cafe nearby. We found we needed to travel by car to find somewhere for dinner, not easy during public holidays as many were closed. There are kitchen facilities provided and a supermarket a few kms away. Also some plane noise from the airport but this didn't bother us at all.

Easy to find and good location for airport.

We really loved this property. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. It is convenient to Mt. Vic and Weta Workshop.

Bad WiFi

We had a great overnight stay at the Bella Vista! The managers were very friendly and offered some helpful tips when we told them we were heading to the South Island after checking out. The motel is in a really nice part of Wellington with a nice cafe a short walk away and great restaurants a bit further up the hill. Would definitely stay there again.

Impressed with this convenient Motel within a $4 bus ride of Wellington city centre. A very quiet location and easy to park up and only a 17 minute drive to the interisland ( 7 am timings) Only has a microwave for cooking but enough crockery and cutlery to prepare a simple meal. Comfortable and large bed and well appointed bathroom. A good place to see Wellington from

The host couple are genuinely charming, friendly and helpful. Our studio had a modern tiled bathroom complete with heated floor and towel rack. The room was neat as a pin and spotlessly clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The property was good and parking on site was most welcome, the managers were very helpful & polite. Good place to stay for an over night or 2 nights, not far from the airport.
