Super nice managers Gary and Helen!

Amazing

From the time I booked to the time I departed, their service is impeccable. Facilities and gardens are so clean and well kept they area pleasure to admire. Gary and Helen's hospitality is so rare nowadays. I have never experienced such service. If you are single or a couple and want an extremely comfortable and central location without the noise of a typical hotel, then this place is a must.

We had a fabulous stay! Gorgeous, apartment with a really home like feel. Very friendly, helpful and professional management. It was in a perfect location for us, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to.the heart of surfers.

All was very good, the arrival, easy to pay with our card. 1? idea for overseas travelers have a copy of the last card bill payment, showing it paid full? Nothing owing Plenty of Garage space, a very large King bed. Kitchen fully equipped all we wanted, more than we saw. Better than up and down in high lifts, just 3 levels and garage.

Trevor was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the pool area and the proximity to the beach and shopping areas. Free undercover parking was appreciated too

We own our large Motel complex in our City. That is not fortunate for Trevor.We did not appear to be a "Mystery shopper" However this stay served a purpose as the prize was acceptable and the sheets where clean. The rating should mention that the access is difficult but ok for young travellers.Trevor should show that Hospitality is not only taking money. The taking care of your guest is number 1. This complex is old and has safety issues for mature people, due to hand rail shortage and too many steps of short step length. Wifi is available if you buy it!! not on the reservation site. Anyway I m not a travel journalist so Trevor We will not be back. Tony

The location was great. The staff were friendly (although check in took 20 minutes!!! as staff were very, very chatty... not ideal after a long day of traveling to get to the hotel). I always appreciate a fast and efficient check in. The bed was great, very comfortable and great size. We didn't know before we booked this hotel that wifi was not free!! $75 for a week of wifi is ridiculous. We were only there for 3 nights. The bathroom was not clean (especially the shower). There were ants in the kitchen everywhere. The couch was very small, not a comfortable lounge area at all.

Nice and quiet and close to public transportation and walking distances to beach

Trevor and jenny were just awesome and friendly. The property was close to Surfers, an easy walk.

Great location. Close to centre of surfers and the beach and away from the noise. Check in was very pleasant. Lots of information about things to do. Property was a little old but very nice with everything we needed. Very clean apart from the curtains to outdoor area but overall very very clean and well kept. Nice little pool and bbq area. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

I love that is away from the heart of Surfers but close enough to walk there

We were made to feel welcome, Trevor was friendly and extremely helpful, the location of the property was perfect close to the beach and easy access to everything we needed.

Property manager was very helpful. Made our stay very easy. Place is older but clean, neat and tidy. Within walking distance to main parts of surfers paradise.

It's location is very handy to public transport. Value for money stay and roomy accommodation all good thanks to trevor for helping me out a couple of times

The bed in the tiny unit was the hardest I have ever slept on. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor

The best thing about this place is the location .The management were nice to deal with.

Hotel is a bit tired but the hosts are absolutely lovely

Booked for daughters honeymoon. Told us was not clean. Dirty shower and crumbs on floor. No WiFi. Had to pay. Dissapointed for her.
