화장실이 너무 불편해요. 세면대가 너무 작아서 옷에 다 튑니다.. 방은 뭔가 처음 보는 인테리어에 좀 난해하고 살짝 어두침침한게 좋진 않네요.. 넓긴 넓었습니다. 직원들이 친절합니다. 도시의 중심과는 살짝 거리감이 있습니다.

방이 넓고 교통도 좋습니다. 아침조식도 좋았습니다.

Très bien situé à côté des musées et transports . Un petit déjeuner correct . Une très grande chambre , j’ai envie de dire que c’est mieux qu’un hôtel classique . Pas de climatiseurs, un ventilateur fait l’affaire mon épouse ne supporte pas la Clim. Un petit bémol pas d’eau chaude le soir du samedi et le matin du dimanche heureusement il fait chaud à Vienne. Avec un peu de communication la pilule pouvait passée mais j’ai pas apprécié la réponse du personnel «  le Manager ne peut rien faire pour vous ce soir «

Good accommodation close to the city centre and all the main sights, plus an underground station less than a minute away. Staff very helpful.

Das Hotel hat super Lokation, Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer (3er) ist groß und sauber und hat super Aussicht

The hotel and bedroom clean. All the staff helpfull and polite. Good breakfast every morning . Hotel next to underground station. Nice touch for new years eve left a bottle of champagne in the bedroom. Would stay again.

Odalar temizdi, banyosu geniş ve banyoda kullanabilecegoniz sabun, sampuan, krem.vb malzemeler kaliteliydi. Odalarda ekstra olarak bornoz vardi, terlik vardı. Kahvaltı Avrupa otellerine göre cesit fazlaydı.

Lovely little hotel. Clean large rooms and bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge in our room! Find it rare to get one in Europe. The two ladies at the lobby were lovely. A breakfast is available every morning. Simple but good. The best was you could walk or take public transit to a majority of Christmas markets within 15! The bus and subway were right next to hotel and main tram station was a five minute walk. Only thing is the hotel sign is rather small and can easily be missed! Not your traditional hotel entrance...you need to go up a fight of stairs to take the elevator (or you can continue up the stair if you so choose....we did not!) up to the lobby where you'll ring the bell. Not really handicapped accessible (unless we missed a back entrance) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Hôtel perfecto localizado ..Muy buen accorida tanto por el equipo que gestiona el hotel .. Habitación muy agradable y amplia muy bueno desayuno con todo .. Gracias en este hotel me he sentido muy bien ..

Doors were difficult to lock and unlock (real key not typical hotel key cards), one man who works there was extremely rude, but other staff members were pleasant. Room was not really cleaned each day, just bed made. Free breakfast was fine. Not an ideal hotel for suitcase luggage. You need to haul it up a flight of stairs before reaching a very small elevator and the door ways are extremely narrow as well. Location was ideal for many attractions.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location could not have been better, it was walking distance to everything I wanted, and felt quite safe and clean during my stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again!
