최고의 호텔중 하나 다만 비싸요ㅜ

다음에 로잔에 와도 꼭 royal savoy hotel 에 믁을 예정입니다. 정말 방에서 보는 뷰, 옆의 공원 그리고 호숫가 까지 거리 등등 너무 완벽했습니다. 그리고 제일 기억에 남는건 수영장이었어요 실내와 실외 자쿠지 수영장이 이어집니다. 서비스도 너무 좋았구요. 로잔에선 깅추입니다

스위스 여행 마지막날 이곳으로 잡은건 최고의 선택이였던거 같습니다. 최고의 서비스와 최고의 룸 컨디션과 너무나 좋은 경험이였습니다.

La calidad del lugar y la atención

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Well trained staff

The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations.

Firstly the greeting was warm and genuine. Super helpful. I forgot my tie for a conference i was due to attend the concierge found me one and then proceeded to swap it with his because his one looked better ! Amazing people beautiful location and amazing facilities! Could not recommend it more. Congratulations to the management for creating such an empowered team.

Lovely room overlooking the lake, clean and able to get in early, which was a benefit. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast choice was excellent and our take away breakfast on the last morning exceeded our expectations.

Environnement piscine pas très propre. Partie chambre de la suite un peu petite. Mais bon établissement.
