The hotel was very nice and comfortable all the rooms are beautiful all the facilities was nice. All the staff of the hotel very lovely specially rhen and vanessa they are professionals and polite. The gm of the hotel mr.walid very good manager treating customers like a family. And I hope all over the philippines will be nice manager like mr. Walid. Giving you a good feeling and welcome in the hotel. Will recommend this hotel for anybody specially for family.you will feel at home in this hotel ❤

I been traveling almost over the Philippines for many years. I been in many different hotel but this one have to be the best hotel from all of them.The staff unbelievable vanessa and rhen and the GM mr. Walid. His fantastic they let us stay in the room without confirmation of our booking and they help us a lot to fix all the problem.You can not wish better staff in this hotel. All the room was nice and modern anything you ask they never said no. Will recommend this hotel specially to the foreign people visiting in angeles. Stay here you will love it. ❤

The room is very smelly. Dirty linens. Broken fridge. The food they served for breakfast is so small in portion (bangus). The room and the facilities needs improvement/renovation. Hot and cold shower is okay

The bed was very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I especially loved the prompt action with any issue or concerns reported. There was a leak with my bidet, but they fixed it right away. Had a great stay, thank you!

The stay was good and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the pool. Just disappointed for not doing my request of a birthday greeting in the room when we checked in.

Friendly staff and good food. Will go back for sure!

But I hope they should have their own clinic. My son's finger got stuck on their restrooms door. We have to rush outside to get a first aid kit.
