Communication issue, staff couldn't speak English. Room is small, toilet is even smaller. Room can be cleaner. It 's next to a subway station, but elevator to the station is not easily accessible from this hotel, so not luggages friendly.

the hotel is old. I'm not sure if they clean the carpet. the room has a bad smell because of the carpet. not feeling secured with the hotel especially the key itself. the modern hotels in tokyo is already using a key card but hotel sun white is still old school ☹️ one girl receptionist is not speaking english ☹️☹️ I will not stay again because the price is not worth it..☹️☹️☹️ not a 3 star hotel for me

Stuff are good very nice place to stay in the heart of osaka

Quite strategic location. Easy access to MRT. Near to convenience store.

Hotelnya bersih, lokasinya bagus dan gampang dicari. Resepsionisnya bisa bahasa Inggris. Di sekitar hotel ada 711 dan family mart. Dekat sekali dengan MRT (3 menit jalan). Kasurnya cukup besar dan bersih, kamar mandi cukup bersih meskipun mungkin agak kecil untuk beberapa orang. Sprei dan handuk juga diganti setiap hari. Ada restaurant China di dalam hotelnya, sekitar hotel ada beberapa restoran juga tapi kurang menarik. The hotel was clean with a great location and MRT station (3 mins walk). All of the receptionist were able to speak English. There were 711 and family mart nearby. The bed quite big. The bathroom was also clean but it might be a little bit small for some people. They changed the Linen and towel everyday. There were some, restoran nanti near by.

It was great location to stay and very near to tanamachi 4-chome, take exit 4 and hotel will be 1 minute by walking distance. Lots of good restaurants nearby, also.

Room a bit little but nice and clean

This hotel is good, clean and reasonable price. The staffs can communicate in English enough. It very close to the subway and the Osaka castle. Just 15 minutes by waking to reach the castle garden. They do not provide a drink in refrigerator but you can buy it from a typical vending machine in 6th floor of the hotel. The height (ceiling) of bathroom seems to be a problem with taller 180 cm person. I have no comment about their food cause I not use this service.

It's enough place for vacation especially goes to Osaka castle, the problem maybe just the location little bit far from JR station

Lokasi strategis dekat sama statsiun,, dan dekat banget sama osaka tample dan botanical garden,,, ruangan rapi,, bersih,, nyaman.... overall bagus...
