During my stay, I unpacked my backpack in my hotel room to remove a number of personals as we were heading to do one of the rainforest day tours. I left behind in my room my corporate iPhone, a pair of prescription eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses. Had reached out to the Front Desk via phone and email numerous times without a response. They only responded almost two weeks later because I contacted Wyndham Corporate. The lack of communication for these coveted valuables is extremely unacceptable, especially over such an extended period of time, which is leading me to suspect that foul play is involved here. Be careful with your valuables here is my warning…..
