호텔 리셉션 데스크 직원 안내가 훌륭했고 응대 또한 좋았으며 룸 컨디션 역시 만족했고 무엇보다 미니바 무료 서비스 아주 만족함

숙소가 위치도 좋고 너무 깨끗하고 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다 다음에도 또 방문라고싶은 호텔입니다!

위치 완전 굿! 룸의 미니바가 모두 무료! 넓고 깨끗한 방! 모두 너무 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다.

가장 좋았던 것은 위치입니다. 솔광장 가까이에 있어 어느 곳이든 접근이 매우 용이했습니다. 객실상태도 좋았구요. 직원들도 친절하더군요. 다만 우리 차가 밴이어서 호텔 주차장은 이용할 수 없었어요. 하지만 근처 유료 주차장까지 친절한 직원의 도움으로 무사히 주차까지 마칠 수 있었습니다. 주차권에 호텔 도장을 찍어서 20% 할인까지 받을 수 있게 잘 처리해 주었습니다. 다음에도 이 호텔을 이용하겠습니다.

걱정했던 마드리드 숙소, 생각보다 평이 좋지않아 걱정이 많았지만 괜찮았습니다 체크인시간보다 한 세시간 일찍 도착해서 짐만 맡기고 관광하고 올려고했는데 체크인시켜줘서 좋았습니다 미니바가 무료인것도 좋았습니다 또 호텔1층에 카페가 있어서 좋았습니다 아 와이파이 개빵빵해요 카페에서도 와이파이 터집니당 추천츄천

The room was super comfortable, the hotel is well located - super central and easy to get around. Breakfast was good too, and staff super helpful. I’d stay here again!

Property is beautiful and rooms are clean.

The terrace was not pictured in the room advertisement and now I know why. It was my least favorite place to spend time. A few of the staff were helpful, especially the maintenance man who got the jetted tub working, the housekeeping staff who brought me extra beverages, and one of the front desk staff. I definitely would not book another stay in the penthouse (sky view room), but maybe a room with a balcony would be better.

Our stay at Hotel Preciados was excellent and made our time in Madrid even more enjoyable. The location is a huge plus! … very central and within walking distance to many major attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was incredibly convenient to step out and explore the city without needing transportation most of the time. The breakfast buffet was a standout for us. We weren’t expecting much, but it turned out to be surprisingly good for a hotel. Great variety, fresh options, and a perfect way to start the day before heading out. We chose to upgrade our room and were very happy with the decision. Our room was located on the first floor and had two windows, which brought in a lot of natural light and made the space feel more open and comfortable. Service was consistently impressive throughout our stay. Bon Villanueva from the front desk deserves a special mention! He was warm, welcoming, and very helpful with anything we needed. Housekeeping was also very efficient; anytime we requested something, it was delivered promptly without any delays. Overall, we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Between the great location, solid breakfast, and excellent service, we would definitely recommend Hotel Preciados to anyone visiting Madrid.

Staff was ok, just says hello but that’s it. Not as welcoming compared to the staff in Barcelona hotel. Clean room and spacious. Accessible and walkable to many spots around the area, loved the location, and absolutely loved Madrid. Must book if you’d like to be within many restaurants and access to many must see sites.

Excellent location - central to everything! Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff

Perfect location to all sites and experiences in the old center city. Walked many miles just exploring the streets, shops, museums, restaurants. Also close to main city blocks with exclusive shops and to parks. Sparkling clean, very well lit rooms. Cleaning each day. I stayed in a smaller single standard room, perfect for a single who wasn’t in the room much. No view, but higher window for good ventilation if you like fresh air at times. Also much quieter away from street action noise. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers a smaller size hotel in the heart of the action. Also hardly any, if at all, traffic. The streets were for walking and sidewalk cafes, not cars. If you are driving, check with hotel about managing a vehicle in this area of town.

Hotel maravilhoso e no centro da cidade.

The hotel is clean, with very nice rooms, and is centrally located. The staff are friendly and speak English fluently, so there are no problems. I would definitely return.

The hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything! We got a good room with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. It was a bit unusual to have a kind of swing door to the bathroom, but since we were traveling as mother and son, it worked fine. We had a rather dull view facing a wall, but that may also have contributed to the room being quiet, which was very nice. The lack of blackout curtains made it quite bright in the morning. When I was about to iron, I noticed just in time that the iron was sticky, so it wasn’t usable. The reception staff didn’t always greet guests when entering the hotel, which felt a bit odd. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, as I found it far too expensive. We had a satisfying breakfast at a nearby café for about a third of what the hotel’s breakfast would have cost us.
