전체 평가 및 리뷰 Mint House at 70 Pine

방사이즈가 호텔에 비해 크고, 주방이 있어서 좋았어요.

깔끔하고 무엇보다 아주 큰 룸이여서 출장기간 내내 편안했습니다

최근 지어진거라 전체적인 인테리어 분위기, 구비시설, 비즈니스 센터이용등 만족하나 하우스키퍼에 따라 방청소 상태는 좀 미흡해서 아쉬웠어요. 룸키가 패드타입이라 한번에 열리지않아 5번이상은 해야 열리는것도 컨디션 안좋을땐 짜증나는 부분일수도 있겠네요. 하지만 숙소위치가 월스트리트역앞이고 근처 편이시설이나 호텔내 이용가능한 곳이 맛집들이라 넘 좋았어요. 부두 15,16,17도 가까워 건너편 브루클린 야경 보는것도 예뻤고 분위기 좋았네요. 객실청소 부분만 제외하면 모든게 만족했던 호텔였어요

뉴욕은 물가가 매우 비싸기 때문에 장기간(5일 이상) 머물 시, 호텔의 컨디션 및 활용도는 매우 중요합니다. 민트 하우스는 그런 의미에서 최적이다고 볼 수 있습니다. 요리 뿐만 아니라 주변 관광을 하기에도 좋으며, 지하에 식료품점이 있어 매우 만족스럽습니다.

방이 전반적으로 어두워서 안에서 오래 머무를경우 사람이 쳐집니다. 바닥은 비교적 청소를 하나 침대위 선반에 먼지가 뽀얗도록 청소를 하지 않는데, 방이 어두우니 더 안하는듯 합니다. 그리고 청소차가 새벽에 바로 앞에 서는데 방을 잘못 배정받으면 아주 많이 시끄럽습니다.

세탁 유료! 헬스장 좋아여 물류창고 옆이라 가끔 시끄러움

크고 넓고 깔끔하고 좋음. 방음은 잘 안되는데 10시 넘어서도 시끄러우면 3진아웃시킴. 소음 관련 민원 해결은 확실한편.. 주방 크고 좋아서 장기 투숙에 좋음. 코로나시기에 사람 별로 없던덕에 잘 머불렀고 11시까지 하는 지하 마켓이 진짜 좋음

Very very good

It was such a wonderful stay! Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, everything was very clean and stylish. I stayed for about two weeks, extending my stay. It could not be better. Very kind and professional staff. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Luxurious residence hotel. But they charge $50 for cleaning the floors and changing the bed sheets. Other than that it was awesome.

Amazing

A family of 4 includes two school aged kids. Great location, convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, close to subway lines. The apartment hotel is spacious, quiet, modern, well designed, comfortable.

Me and my family only had a short stay but we had a very busy time in New York and this place was a nice calm, clean and comfortable place to lay our heads. It made our hectic schedule far more enjoyable than if we didn't have such a nice place to rest.

Great stay with a family of 6! Only thing I wish was different was that they do not have roll in cribs or pack n plays for the little ones. Also, the parking is expensive! But I know that this is just something that comes with the territory in New York. Other than that, room was beautiful! It was huge, bigger than we expected. The record player was a great addition. The spacious hallways walking to your room definitely give you that vacation feel. All in all, I would definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future.

I usually travel for business but this was a fun trip with my daughter. This place would be great for either purpose.
