Accueil très agréable. Appartement propres et services / animations appréciables. Très bien placé tout prêt de la plage. Un peu bruyant toutefois avec les chambres voisines et sur la rue très passagère. Globalement, une bonne expérience !

Clean room and close to beach

Ottima struttura a due passi dal mare (e che mare!! con sabbia chiara e acqua limpida). Struttura pulita, con servizio di pulizia dell’appartamento tutti i giorni (ad eccezione del mercoledì). Dispone di 3 piscine esterne ben tenute, servizio miniclub e intrattenimento la sera fino ad un orario ragionevole (max le 23 era tutto spento). Disponibili a farci lasciare le valigie e utilizzare piscine, docce e bagni anche il giorno del check out senza costi aggiuntivi. Non abbiamo provato colazione e cena che avevano un costo a parte nè servizi spa e fitness che invece erano inclusi.

The proximity of the hotel to the hotel is great. My 6 year old loved the pool and the activities held everyday. We didn't try the food or the mini clubs. The pool by itself was sufficient to keep my kid busy. Easy for us to park around. Staff is very friendly. Strongly recommend!

Hotellet ligger akkurat i det området vi liker å bo i Alcudia, med kort vei til en nydelig del av stranda, favorittkafeen vår, og like ved mange koselige muligheter for å gå tur. Leilighetene er romslige, med god skapplass. Aircondition fungerte supert, det er ikke veldig lytt mellom leilighetene. Bassengområdet er litt trangt, og åpner litt sent på morgenen. Det er underholdning hver kveld fra scenen, vi bodde rett mot den, og kommer til å be om et rom lengre unna neste gang.

Das Zimmer ist renoviert und obwohl es in Richtung Straße ging tatsächlich sehr ruhig. Auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und war sehr leise. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die war soweit auch ausreichend ausgestattet, man könnte ich gut kleine Gerichte selbst kochen, was den Urlaub natürlich erheblich günstiger machen kann. Außerhalb des renovierten Zimmers wirkt das Hotel und die Jahre gekommen und die Poolanlage wirkt anders als auf den Fotos nicht sehr einladend. Aber: Wer braucht einen Pool, wenn ein so super schöner Strand nur 100m entfernt ist. Dort gibt es auch Bäume, sodass man meistens ein kleines Eckchen Schatten finden kann. Nachdem es keine Duschen am Strand gibt hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass es eine Zugangsmöglichkeit zum Hotel gibt über den Garten mit Dusche im Garten. Dort war das Tor aber verschlossen. D.h. man muss fast sandig durch die Hotellobby laufen um auf das Zimmer zur Dusche zu kommen und macht dann dort alles sandig. Nach dem Auschecken kann man das Gepäck verstauen, es gibt auch einen kleinen Safe für Wertsachen und Duschen. Handtücher dafür bekommt man auch Anfrage. Abgesehen davon wären Strandhandtücher (3€/d) oder der Zimmersafe aber gegen Gebühr.

The area is great and safe. The beach is beautiful and clean. The staff was good, the breakfast was good. However, the name and address on my paperwork was completely wrong. The furniture has seen better days. The sofa looks dingy.

Positiv: Frühstück war gut, Personal war sehr nett, Lage zum Strand sehr gut Negativ: Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr hellhörig, Kleinkinder unter 3 dürfen nicht in den Indoorpool

We had a nice stay overall, especially as a family with children. The heated pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The location is also a big advantage, with very easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the children’s activity programme. The staff member in charge was very enthusiastic and engaged well with the kids, which made a great impression on us. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the towels also had an odour, which affected our experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for families, but some improvements in cleanliness would make the stay much better.
