Expedia를 통해서 Hotel 예약을 하고 Card결제를 했는데도 불구하고, Confirming No 가지고는 확인할 수 없다는 Hotel 직원의 말에, 밤 10시쯤부터 기다리다가 겨우 차례가 되어서 Check in하고 쉴려는 기대가 무너지면서 피로가 한꺼번에 몰려드는 특별한 경험을 하게 되었네요. 사전에 6시쯤에 들렀을 때도 대기자가 많아서 나중에 간 것이였는데... 방잡기에는 늦은 토요일 밤, Panama City 중심가였던 상황이었는데, 직원은 친절하게도 같은 Owner의 다른 Hotel을 예약해주고, Taxi까지 불러주었지만, 확인되기 전까지는 환불은 불가하다고... 일리있는 말이어서 더이상의 Claim은 제가할 수 없었고, Expedia App에도 예약현황은 찾을 수가 없었네요. 말이 길어지고 논점이 흐려지는 것 같아 정리하자면, Panama City 중심가에 있고, 직원이나 System은 나쁘지 않으나, 일처리가 너무 느려서 시간이 없으신 분에게는 실망스러운 경험을 하게 될거라는 말을 잊지 않았으면 합니다.

Good room - clean and quiet, Hotel location is on a commercial street with many restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance to a metro station.

The AC at Room 417 is too noisy even if you turn it off… Really bad experience while sleeping… Three adults in the Room and only two two towels plus one toilet paper…

Room was very small; there was no tables to put anything, no bathroom soup, elevador was working properly. I won’t stay again there.

La habitación limpia, tiene el tamaño suficiente para pasar unos días El personal es amable y atento. El hotel en general esta bien ubicado para tomar el metro y hacer compras en la zona. Desayuno buffet esta bien con café, huevos, panqueques, fruta, cereal y pan como base pero agregan otras cosas en diferentes días como por ejemplo salchichas. Si se quiere salir en la noche, hay algunos bares o restaurantes para disfrutar y cenar. Mejorar: creo que establecer un punto de fumado, ya que en la entrada se siente en las habitaciones o ambiente dentro del hotel.

Noisy, elevator door didn’t open on the main level, no water refill the second and third day, shower didn’t have a faucet.

The staff is very kind, breakfast is good and generous. Some rooms In the hotel needs minor maintenance. Walkable to many amenities.

When I arrived there was no bell boy to help with my bags then I had to search for the receptionist after doing so all 4 members of staff were just standing around having their own conversation eventually I had to get their attention and tell them I'm here to check in after checking in I had to wait for a long while even though check in was 3pm I was so upset and hot because the ac in the lobby wasn't working after making it to my room I noticed it was a dated and had cracks in the floor and poor repair work done then bed had a red dirty blanket the shower leaks below the door and floods bathroom the room is very tiny can't hold more than 1 person comfortable it's 1 of the worst hotel I've ever been in I don't recommend anyone staying here

This place was terrible, the room are ugly, the elevators are dirty and the pool area is horrible. You can hear from your room all that happens in the other rooms.
