Expedia를 통해서 Hotel 예약을 하고 Card결제를 했는데도 불구하고, Confirming No 가지고는 확인할 수 없다는 Hotel 직원의 말에, 밤 10시쯤부터 기다리다가 겨우 차례가 되어서 Check in하고 쉴려는 기대가 무너지면서 피로가 한꺼번에 몰려드는 특별한 경험을 하게 되었네요. 사전에 6시쯤에 들렀을 때도 대기자가 많아서 나중에 간 것이였는데... 방잡기에는 늦은 토요일 밤, Panama City 중심가였던 상황이었는데, 직원은 친절하게도 같은 Owner의 다른 Hotel을 예약해주고, Taxi까지 불러주었지만, 확인되기 전까지는 환불은 불가하다고... 일리있는 말이어서 더이상의 Claim은 제가할 수 없었고, Expedia App에도 예약현황은 찾을 수가 없었네요. 말이 길어지고 논점이 흐려지는 것 같아 정리하자면, Panama City 중심가에 있고, 직원이나 System은 나쁘지 않으나, 일처리가 너무 느려서 시간이 없으신 분에게는 실망스러운 경험을 하게 될거라는 말을 잊지 않았으면 합니다.

Muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Lo recomiendo

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner ainsi que l'accueil et le service reçu à notre arrivée. Nous avons bien dormi, aucun bruit dans le couloir. Nous trouvons que les chambres manquent de propreté et de finitions, et les installations sont vieillissantes: porte savons qui tombe dans la douche, parquet qui a pris l'eau, carrelage manquant, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, piles défectueuses pour la télécommande de la climatisation.

Every thing was clean. Good breakfast to start the day. Central location. The parking lot was a plus.

En la habitación no habían toallas. Las solicité y llegaron dos horas despues

The windows and walls of the hotel are green with mold. The separation between one room to the other is paper thin - I could hear the couple next door going at it. The bathroom shower flooded with ease. The vinyl wood floors were coming off from humidity. There were no amenities (no hand towel, no soap, no hair dryer). Seemed to be an hourly hotel for unassuming couples.

It would be nice that the check in staff could be aware of what’s happening in the area. Able to help the tourist. Would be nice also speak more English. Room cleaning staff was great. In the bathroom create better lighting. Great area for restaurants, coffee, & shopping! The best!

La zona está muy bien, pero las condiciones de mantenimiento del hotel son deplorables

Floor in room was ripped up. I slept in my clothes and did not use the shower! I had reserved for 8 days but cancelled and only stayed for 1 night.

Great Staff

The elevators were constantly out of order and made a lot of noise. The cleaners came super early at 9am every day. We told them to come back later and they never came back. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. The breakfast was cold and oily especially the eggs. The bread and pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

En la habitacion se sentía mucha humedad, NO había sufienfiente salida se aire....eramos 3 en la habitación y sólo nos dejaron 2 aguas de cortesías.

La habitación tenía el baño con puerta transparente, por lo que era incómodo poder bañarnos. Las toallas no las ponían, me tocó bajar a recepción a pedirlas, del mismo modo, no nos daban agua a diario.

Necesitan más variedad en el desayuno y que esté caliente, también deberían tener una tostadora para los panes

They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.
