Expedia를 통해서 Hotel 예약을 하고 Card결제를 했는데도 불구하고, Confirming No 가지고는 확인할 수 없다는 Hotel 직원의 말에, 밤 10시쯤부터 기다리다가 겨우 차례가 되어서 Check in하고 쉴려는 기대가 무너지면서 피로가 한꺼번에 몰려드는 특별한 경험을 하게 되었네요. 사전에 6시쯤에 들렀을 때도 대기자가 많아서 나중에 간 것이였는데... 방잡기에는 늦은 토요일 밤, Panama City 중심가였던 상황이었는데, 직원은 친절하게도 같은 Owner의 다른 Hotel을 예약해주고, Taxi까지 불러주었지만, 확인되기 전까지는 환불은 불가하다고... 일리있는 말이어서 더이상의 Claim은 제가할 수 없었고, Expedia App에도 예약현황은 찾을 수가 없었네요. 말이 길어지고 논점이 흐려지는 것 같아 정리하자면, Panama City 중심가에 있고, 직원이나 System은 나쁘지 않으나, 일처리가 너무 느려서 시간이 없으신 분에게는 실망스러운 경험을 하게 될거라는 말을 잊지 않았으면 합니다.

We stayed in two different rooms. Both had some issues such as wall finishing not properly attached, or lights not functioning, but the biggest concern was the shower in one room- the drain was situated in such a way that water did not drain properly. Instead the water would flood the washroom floor, so I had to build a dam out of a spare towel. Also the windows in some rooms are single pane, so you hear a lot of noise from outside (ie honking which is non stop in Panama). Otherwise we had a great breakfast and the small pool was a nice touch.

El hotel esta en una buena zona muy cerca a farmacia, supermercado pequeño que tiene de todo, restaurantes. Muy amable el staff pero el hotel esta descuidado. En nuestra habitación el piso esta en malas condiciones y en nuestro cuarto habia mojo en el baño lo cual es muy peligroso para la salud de las personas. El cuarto huele a una humedad terrible, nuestro descanso no fue placentero.

Got stuck in the elevator and the emergency button never worked. It was bad.

Great location, breakfast was alright. Some weird combinations of food, stick to Panamanian or American find, instead of mixing stuff, chicken wings and boiled potatoes don’t go together for breakfast or not for me at least.

Las habitaciones super limpias el personal atento sinceramente la pase bien el día de los padres con mi esposo el desayuno no era una gran cosas en variedad pero es normal para el precio creo que uno esta pagando en Panamá en otros países es diferente por ese precio tienes mas pero estamos en Panamá y me parece acorde todo la piscina la limpian todos los dias muy bien espero que el precio se mantenga y todo tal cual como lo disfrute.

The room was clean however the elevator needs servicing or replacing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was indeed central and parking was always available.

Es un hotel muy viejo había bichos que corrían en la habitación , creo que tienen problema de tubería porque había mucho olor de desagüe . El desayuno es variado pero tampoco son productos de gran cualidad . El barrio es ok con muchas posibilidades para comer y el personal muy simpático . Muy seguro

La localizacion muy buena…todo lo demas no me gusto ..limpieza mala mal olor en la habitacion; aires sucios la piscinasej malas condiciones

la habitacion que me asignaron no tenia un lugar con gavetas para guardas la ropa solo un closet con la puertas duras que no se podian abrir, ahi solo puse mi ropa que se podia colgar, la ropa interior tirada en el suelo aun en la maleta porque no hay un dolor donde colocarlo

I love the location of the property and how welcoming the staff were. The breakfast was great . I have no complaints, I will be back again.

Well the room need work. About wall ( painting) door and frame, floor it is no in good conditions, corredor ( painting too ) , they ask for $ 40 extra because arrived early and I paid cash. Breakfast very good. , AC very good too Good location, many restaurant.

Ac was good however, it throws allot of dust and it drips water. Needs better breakfast menus.
