전체 평가 및 리뷰 Ramada Panama Centro Via Argentina

Expedia를 통해서 Hotel 예약을 하고 Card결제를 했는데도 불구하고, Confirming No 가지고는 확인할 수 없다는 Hotel 직원의 말에, 밤 10시쯤부터 기다리다가 겨우 차례가 되어서 Check in하고 쉴려는 기대가 무너지면서 피로가 한꺼번에 몰려드는 특별한 경험을 하게 되었네요. 사전에 6시쯤에 들렀을 때도 대기자가 많아서 나중에 간 것이였는데... 방잡기에는 늦은 토요일 밤, Panama City 중심가였던 상황이었는데, 직원은 친절하게도 같은 Owner의 다른 Hotel을 예약해주고, Taxi까지 불러주었지만, 확인되기 전까지는 환불은 불가하다고... 일리있는 말이어서 더이상의 Claim은 제가할 수 없었고, Expedia App에도 예약현황은 찾을 수가 없었네요. 말이 길어지고 논점이 흐려지는 것 같아 정리하자면, Panama City 중심가에 있고, 직원이나 System은 나쁘지 않으나, 일처리가 너무 느려서 시간이 없으신 분에게는 실망스러운 경험을 하게 될거라는 말을 잊지 않았으면 합니다.

No me quede en el hotel porque no tenian habitaciones disponible despues de que ya estaba pagado y me dieron que Expedia me lo reebolsaria.

They were not ready for anyone to check in. Waited until 6 to get into my room with zero explanation I will never stay here again

Debe de haber más estacionamiento y deben de arreglar el problema con los elevadores estuve en un piso ocho y llega al cansado con maleta para subir por una escalera

My stay was great

El área de la piscina le falta mantenimiento, al momento del desayuno no tenían suficientes mesas, algunas áreas se percibe con humedad, las imágenes de las plataformas muestran mejores condiciones del hotel.

Bon hôtel, c'est plus un 3* mais quartier vivant, tout peut se faire a pied, le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel est très gentil, la salle de sport est ridicule il n'y a que des haltères les machines ne fonctionne pas et la piscine est un peu petite mais agréable

Pésima limpieza. Comodidad y resto servicios de acuerdo al precio.

El hotel está muy sucio, el desayuno es malo y se acaba y no vuelven a poner más. Está en buen lugar pero si deja que desear el hotel. Me cambiaron de habitación dos veces, una no servía el aire la otra olía a humedad. No la recomendaría para estadías largas por esos inconvenientes.

There is parking on the premise but hard to find a space as it is always packed. Noise from traffic is always an issue here

Awful experience, made a reservation and once arrived the horel, surprise!!! No room available and a terrible customer experience. Avoid this place.

Buena ubicación. Barrio seguro. Pésimo servicio al cliente, oportunidades de mejora en limpieza e higiene. No pusieron ni jabones ni shampus

Upon check in the room reserved was not available. I was placed in a room with 2 beds not the single bed as booked. The safe was on end in the closet. No shelves in the closet. Dry wall dust from repairs all over the floor in the closet and bathroom. Water leaking behind the tiles in shower coming our the wall corners. Electrical wires hanging on bathroom mirror. Privacy eye hole in door missing you can see straight into the bed from hallway. Light bulbs missing in bedroom lamp. Light switches and outlets missing by beds with exposed wires. DO NOT STAY HERE
