It was a cozy and impeccably appointed hotel room. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with smiles. I chose this hotel after checking the ratings on Hotels.com and Google, and there was a good reason for the high rating.

객실에 다리미가 있지만 쓰지 않는 것을 추천합니다. 다리미 관리 상태가 좋지 않아 보여서 나름대로 닦아서 썼는데도 결국 흰 셔츠에는 꽤 티가 날 정도로 얼룩이 지고 말았습니다. 위치와 뷰는 좋은 편이지만 창문 방음이 정말 열악한데, 밤 늦게까지 술 마시는 사람들로 상당히 시끄럽습니다. 방에 귀마개가 있는 걸 보고 아차 싶었으나, 귀마개도 소용 없을 정도인데다 귀마개를 한다는 것 자체가 잠을 자는 데는 여러모로 불편합니다. I would like to recommend not using the iron provided in the room. The condition of the iron seems to be not well-maintained, and despite my attempts to clean it before using, it ended up leaving stains on my white shirt. While the location and view of the room are good, the soundproofing of the windows is extremely poor. It gets quite noisy at night due to people drinking and socializing. I noticed that earplugs were provided in the room, but even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. Using earplugs itself was uncomfortable and inconvenient for sleeping.

A great place if you want to be near the sea. Excellent value for money but my room was a bit noisy with fridge/aircon so couldnt leave the window open during night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great that there was a lift, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bag after check-out. The bar staff were very nice, and the indoor and terrace bars were fantastic. We'd definitely stay again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Tolle Lage direkt am Pier. Nettes, etwas schräges Personal und gutes englisches Frühstück. Am Wochenende gab es Shows.

Nice clean room on 4th floor with great sea view. Breakfast was delicious. Nice and central with easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants . You will need a restaurant for your evening meal as the hotel restaurant becomes a cabaret bar in evening. It does seem to be Drag artist Cabaret every night,if you like that. We would stay again.

As always, it was a good stay. Clean, close to beach, close to St James Street. Breakfast is still good value for money. And available for walk-ins.

Every staff member that i dealt with was polite, professional and could not be more helpful. The venue as a whole was very clean and tidy. Only 1 gripe was how limescaled the shower head was. Was so bad.. if u stood under it and turned it on u wouldnt get wet as the water was spraying to the side. I had tk descale it myself

Sea views for some rooms. Double bed and toilet and shower and wash basin. And clothes hanging space and tea and coffee facilities. Was very quiet and had 2 very good nights sleep.Breakfast delicious. Bar prices reason and a 'happy hour' as well. Will return soon.

There were a few shops and bars nearby, the staff were great. Breakfast was nice. The room was small but comfy. The shower was small but decent.

Excellent stay, lovely room overlooking the sea. Very comfortable….. great breakfast too. Perfect central location.

Fun people, great location, excellent daily breakfast, fun club and great ocean views from the lobby and outdoor patio. My room had a partial view, but really not important as there was plenty to take in!

Lovely spacious room with Sea views Walking distance to the Beach and Shops, Restaurants and Bars Hotel offer the most delicious breakfast everyday Friendly Welcoming Staff Price was great too Great bar with night show every night Nightclub also on site on Friday and Saturday but not 100% about the rest of the week Nightclub is below ground no disturbance to my sleep
