This property is old and the rooms need some updating, but it was still a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous property, pool was a bit cold and could have used less leaves, hot tub looked like it could have been cleaned, overall a really great spot though.

Way overpriced for what it is. Room was dirty and looks like they haven’t patched holes in the walls ever. Our door malfunctioned and we were locked out of the hotel room for 30 min while staff tried to fix it. Was moved to a different room eventually when it couldn’t get resolved. Staff was nice, which was the only positive thing about this hotel. We paid 350$ for one night, which is 3xs more than this place is worth. I recommend going to a cheaper one across the street that is equally outdated, but at least cheaper. That is where we will stay when we return this fall, but never again the best western

Good breakfast options!

Having a suite was perfect to have an extra bedroom for our family of 4. We enjoyed the room, the pool, the fire pits, the pickleball, and the breakfasts. Just make sure you put the green chili (small crockpot near the eggs) on your eggs. I’m afraid some folks from out of state didn’t know what it was and missed out there… those eggs really needed the chili. The location was great too. We parked right in front of our room and never drove again for the rest of the stay. There’s not a thing in town that’s more than 15 minutes walking distance.

This was a wonderful property, close to the downtown and with excellent amenities. Elevated breakfast compared to others we experience, very spacious room, nice to have access to a pool/hot tub, as well as fire pits. If we had kids lots for them to do. It was pricey comparative to our other nights, but comparable to others in the area and very worth the extra expense.

Our room was very clean and the staff was lovely. The property is on the older side so there was natural wear and tear in the room. It appears to be a wonderful family friendly experience with a common area for the office, pool, fire pits, and playground. Room doors open to the outside. We felt safe and close to the town activities.

This hotel has it all. The breakfast is great, my kids look forward to the waffle maker. They have a wide variety of room arrangements that are perfect for any trip - 1, 2 or 3 beds to avoid sharing if needed. And the range of entertainment is a hit. Pickleball followed by mellow time at the fire pits is a lovely way to end the day!

I liked the location. I did not like the extra bedroom with no A/C, the flourescent light bulbs in the bathroom, internet was down, not updated and was dark and not real clean.

The grounds were kept very well, and there were planets of nice outdoor areas to enjoy. The room, however, was not great. The bathroom was very small and had a lot of mold problems. Carpet was really old and stained/torn in many areas. Very dimly lit too.

Staff was so helpful and lots of activities to do on property!

Amazing place

Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast offering. Easy check in online. Only one short coming was that the hot tub motor was out of order. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice property- has a Mid Century mod vibe - very kind and helpful. Great mattresses clean non smelly rooms

Our trip was another success and best western antlers was the best place for our large family to get together and enjoy the hotsprings

We were impressed by the amenities at this hotel. The only thing I would like to have had was a fitness center. Other than that this was a great hotel. Appreciated the bikes that you could borrow for free.

Fantastic property & friendly service. Very clean & well maintained. This property is set up like a small resort with lots of extras. Would definitely go back.

Love the family activities and relaxed atmosphere!

The green chili sauce was homemade, so that combined with eggs and a tortilla shell made it one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Also, see a bear was exciting!

I loved the area and all the amenities that Antlers had to offer. The lady at the front desk, Tenee was especially helpful and very kind to everyone waiting to check in.
