호텔위치랑 청결도는 좋은편이고 호텔방에 냉장고도 없고 ..장애인용 방을 배정해줘서 목욕탕이 일반인이 사용하기는 조금 불편햇다.. 배정전에 장애인용 방인데 어떤지 의견을 물엇으면 좋을텐데,, 암튼 방배정으로

Hotel às margens do Porto, na parte baixa da cidade. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos. Quarto com bom tamanho . Chuveiro ótimo. Senti falta de um minibar. Um dos espelhos poderia ser fora do banheiro para não embaçar.

Nice room on the first floor. Wish we did not have see through curtains. Shower was wonderful!

Enjoyed our one night stay. Great location by the river, lovely walk up through old town, but also walks along the river. Breakfast was very good, lot of variety. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the hotel and its location. Very accessible to the Port restaurants. I appreciate the hotel’s drive to be more eco-friendly but didn’t warm too well to the room light going on automatically when visiting the bathroom during the night. Likewise the frosted window between the bathroom and the bedroom. Not helpful when one is a light sleeper. Everything else was fine

Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and confortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly as well.

One of the most enjoyable locations - nautical, good choice of local dining amenities. A pity it no longer runs its own restaurant for dinner - breakfast was good.

Chose this hotel for the pool, but all the loungers were taken when we arrived and you have to go into the hotel to get a drink from the bar. Cocktails are a poor impression of the real thing but are reasonably priced. Room was too hot in summer nights and the air conditioning couldn't cope. Needs toilet brushes, and the bleach stains all over the hall carpet replaced. Good parking and friendly staff and a great view over the river.

Nicht sehr freundlich. Niemand grüßt. Die Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hocken vertieft vor Ihrem PC. Der Hintereingang, der direkt zum Parkplatz führt, bleibt verschlossen, so dass man jedes Mal komplett um das Hotel herumlaufen muss, um zum PKW zu gelangen. Freundlicher Service geht anders
