Room is clean but the floor very oily. The room is big. Reception not even smile. Can’t tolerate to early check in even the room is empty. The location is good very near to the beach, Halal Restaurant and information center.

I would like to make a complaint regarding one of your staff. She's very rude not even smile when come to serving us.. Since like not same with your hotel name Smile hotel but your staff don't know how to smile with cust..me and all my friends very disappointed with her service..i hope you didn't keep staff like this in your company because it will effect your reputation.Thank you

Nice place, comfort, near the beach

Simple, cozy and budget room.

매우 편안하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 화장실 청결도에 감탄했습니다. 정말 깨끗합니다. 저렴한 호텔임에도 불구하고 투숙객의 편안함을 당연하게 여기지 않는 것 같아요! 정말 잘하셨습니다! 위치도 전략적입니다. 큰길로 나가면 왼쪽이 무슬림 거리로 가는 길이고, 오른쪽이 해변으로 가는 길이죠.

Room: very clean especially the floor bed: I got lumpy mattress but still bearable balcony: didn't get full use of it as I came during raining season toilet: toiletries include; shampoo, soap, shower cap and sanitary bag. others: love the 155L fridge. Convenient to store my snacks. Water heater that kept the water warm.

1. 아오낭 비치와 정말 가까워서 좋았습니다. 걸어서 3~5분 정도 걸렸습니다. 주변에 할랄 레스토랑이 많았고, 여행사도 많았습니다(여행사들이 나란히 있어서 가격 비교가 쉬웠습니다). 호텔 앞에는 타이 마사지샵도 있었습니다. 2. 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 크라비 야시장까지 가는 교통편도 가장 저렴한 가격으로 예약할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 3. 호텔은 깨끗했습니다. 매일 아침 방을 정돈해 주었습니다. 4. 방이 정말 넓었습니다.
