A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good. The market and the old town are only at 5 minutes by foot. The last but not the least, you can play table tennis for free.

We almost missed our flight that morning. The hotel staff and manager are dishonest. they booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning but when we stepped out to look for our taxi, we noticed another hotel guest getting in. They passed on our booking to someone else for more money. Didn't care if we made it to the airport. They will do anything for extra money. Not ethical, not trustworthy. I give this hotel a thumbs down.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel - but not worth the price, given the number of equivalent yet cheaper options. The location is excellent - removed from the busy town centre but close enough to walk. The hotel itself is a bit rundown but the staff were friendly and courteous. Similarly, the rooms are comfortable but a bit drab. Wifi is spotty at best and only available in the lobby.

Leh is a friendly and cheap place to stay the location of the hotel is excellent 5 mins walk to the centre and great value I would recommend this hotel
