Well located, nice big room, modern bathroom, has a bar which is pleasant. Hotel is very quiet and has lots of parking. Breakfast has lots of variety and is very tasty. I would stay here again.

De passage à Mirepoix pour une nuit, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil à l’hôtel « Les Minotiers ». Nous avons pu sécuriser nos vélos. Notre chambre était grande, bien équipée, avec un lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Un bonus pour les confitures maison (mirabelles, fraises et figues). Un excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Excellent value for money. Hotel is simple, just 28 rooms but comfortable (air conditioning and full bathroom), the buffet breakfast is not fancy but very affordable. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant is outstanding for dinner al fresco and the quaint Mirepoix historical center is within 5 minutes walk. I had a wonderfdul 3 nights and used the hotel as my base camp to visit Pyrenees and cathare country

I booked a room very last minute as there was a heatwave and the place I was staying in had no aircon. This hotel had aircon, was in a good location for me, and had availability. It's also good value. I'd describe it as no frills as the decor is fairly bland, almost corporate, but it was perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

Fint hotell men väldigt daterat intredningsmässigt och väldigt rörigt och otydligt i receptionen. Man visste inte ens var det var. Man fick checka in lite by the way i baren. Mycket välstädade rum och kliniskt rent i badrummet! Otroligt god mat!

Tres bonne adresse,proprete , amabilite, retaurant au top , chambre spacieuse et literie tres confortable.Seul bemol, notre chambre donnait cote piscine municipale avec deux soirées assez bruyantes et groupe de jeunes tard dans la nuit.
