It is not sound proof. We could not sleep properly we heard the steps of coming guests on the wall way, sound of strolling bags even the cart of cleaners we heard it when he was pushing and pulling the cart. No designated smoking area.

Air conditioning unit is not well maintained. It does not give enough coldness maybe the lack of freon charging or filter cleaning. Almost all rooms whenever I stay at go hotel butuan. Pls make appropriate action on this matter for customer satisfaction. Thank you

This hotel has a good location and the room was comfortable. However, the wifi connection is weak and we had a hard time connecting to the internet. I hope that the internet connection be improved since each room can only accommodate two (2) gadgets.

2nd to last time i checked in the aircon is dripping inside the room. Last time i checked in again the bed and the pillow smells bad. Location and cleanliness ok. just the bed smells y****.

Cozy business hotel and right inside the mall to boot. Stayed here to process my passport with DFA, which was also inside the same mall, and it certainly met my expectations.

로빈슨 몰이 바로 옆에 있어서 쉬면서 쇼핑하고 영화도 보고 싶을 때 스테이케이션으로 좋은 곳이에요. 링코드 피노이도 바로 옆에 있어서 정말 편리해요. 여권과 중국 신분증 갱신도 하루 만에 끝냈어요. 킹사이즈 침대와 컴포트룸도 마음에 들고 직원들도 정말 친절해요. 고호텔 부투안에 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요.

No eating utensils and aircon is not good at all.

The location was great. Just beside Robinsons Mall. The room was ok. I don't like the idea that the CR and bathroom was separated. But room was spacious. Overall it was a great stay.

It was indeed a great experience to stay on this hotel since it was cozy and clean, the staff were very accommodating. The best thing was that it was connected with the mall ang if you want coffee? Bo’s coffee was just near the entrance.

Water pressure not good and if you can do a little sound proofing for each room, there are noisy guests in the middle of the night.

Great for business travel and vacation. location is great because its near the airport.
