가격 대비 대실망입니다. 쿼드룸 디럭스 2개 예약했다가 그중 1개는 침대 위치랑 객실 전망이 맘에 안들어서 방 바꿔 달라고 했는데...쿼드룸 밖에 없다고하고...전망이 별로라니까(공사판 전망)...자기네는 전망은 파는게 아니라 어쩔수 없다는둥...매니저라는 사람이 불친철하게 응대합니다...암튼 일단 쿼드룸으로 옮겼습니다... 근데...쿼드룸이 쿼드룸 디럭스보다 방이 더 넣고... 욕실도 쿼드룸 디럭스는 샤워 부스만 있더니..일반 쿼드룸에는 샤워부스+욕조까지 있습니다... 도데체 뭔 기준으로 방값을 책정했는지 모르겠지만...암튼 이상합니다.... 올 인클루시브는 맞긴한데...음식 질이 그닥 좋지는 않습니다. 3박4일 있었는데...둘째날 저녁에만 좀 괜찮았고 나머지날은 그냥 그랬고...좀 먹을만한 음식은 금방금방 떨어져서...불편했음... 이정도 가격에 서비스 더 좋은 다른 호텔 충분히 찾을 수 있을 것 같습니다.

It is great place for vacation with kids with slides with the fountains with the water pools.

Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. You had to take 2 different elevators to get there. One major flaw was that they had only one elevator and that too was sometimes stuck. Also Deluxe rooms are far away from the beach, so keep that in mind. That is good if you need quite, but requires going through several elevators to go to the beach. Drinks- Good and unlimited. Cocktails were average. Food - Very much catered towards Russians. Not very regional cuisine. I in fact enjoyed local food outside than the resort food. There was a lot of food choice, just not to my liking. Also different types of restaurants are there but not included in the all inclusive. Pools - Very good pools. Water was sometimes cold, even indoor pools. The most bad part was the floors in and around the pool were very slippery. Found that very unsafe for small kids. Other than that my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Kid activities - They were good. My daughter enjoyed the dance activity in the evening. Beach - ok. Nothing compared to Mexico. They are not sandy beaches. Also finding spaces under umbrellas was difficult.

L hotel est tres bien sauf que les distances pour aller a la plage ou a la piscine peuvent devenir penible si on a une chambre a l autre jout dans le complexe rescent ou se trouvent notamment les chambre dites « deluxe » La nourriture un oeu répétitive Il y a des cafés starbuck dispo en permanence ! Mais alors au petit dej dej et diner mes machines a cafe elle sont su siecle dernier. Tres surprenant quand en parallèle ils proposent un jus d orange frais magnifique Il y a un vrainprobleme avec les materiaux de la piscine principale. Ils retiennent la chalzur a s en bruler les pieds reelement. Peu de verdure ce qui explique le puit a chaleur dzns l hotel. Sauf que cela persiste le soir notamment a l amphi elou au kids club ce qui est terrible en août. Peut etre tres adapter a la mi saison. super hotel en tt cas. Je reco 7 j max

22 ocaktan 27 ocağına kadar kaldık. Komforu iyi bir Otel. Ekeikleri ve artışarı yazcam. Artılar bütün Personel Cana yakın misafir ile iletişimi çok iyi düzeydeydi. Garsonlar Barlar Houskeeping Animationdan Rico çok iyi taktir ettim herzaman çok Positive. Kapalı Havuzu küçük ama iyiyidi 2 küçük çocugmuz var mutlu oldular. Eksiler: yemek sürekli aynı yemek akşam yediğiniz sonraki öğlen yine geliyordu ve bu 5 gün sürdü Her gün aynı yemekten 2 aile gittik ve bıktık. Animation Rico çabalıyordu ve güzel de yapıyordu sadece Dart Hariç bi şey yoktu. Akşam Programları da zayıf kaldı. Biz daha Önce Delphin İmperial Titanik Belek veya Granada da kaldık her üçü de daha iyi.Tatil genel anlamda Yaptık ama bir daha Alva Donna ya gitmeyiz en azından kış için.

Daha önce de kalmıştık çok güzel bir konaklama oldu biraz odanın ısıtması yeterli olmayabilir gerçi biz de teknik servise sormadık idare ettik iki ayrı odalı bir seçenekte kaldık ancak odalar oldukça küçüktü. Genel manada her zamanki gibi çok memnun ayrılıyoruz.

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, offene und herzliche Bedienung; super Angebot an Speisen; gutes Freizeit und Erholungs Angebot; sehr störend empfindet man jeden Abend bis um 2Uhr früh die lautstark ertönenden „Herzschlag Rhythmus“ Trommeln vom Musikpavillion. Das grenzt schon an Folter. Schade um die doch ansonst so außergewöhnlich gute Bewertung.

Lovely hotel, good facilities, but VIP service not given- room service breakfast we booked and it turned up an hour late after chasing. The free A La Carte meal wasn’t offered, although they deducted the cost once we complained. Some exceptional staff like the pier bar, and the piano bar. Second time we have stayed here, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Harika bir oteldi. Yeme-içme, aktiviteler, havuz, spa, masaj her şey var ve çok güzeldi. Temizlik konusu ve insanların güler yüzlü yardım sever olması tartışmaya bile açık değil. Bir daha gelirsem ilk düşüneceğim otel olacaktır. Alva Donna ya teşekkürler...

Good service good stuff but terrible foods. Hotel needs to improve their restaurant quality and meals as soon as possible.

Просто отель, не как не эксклюзив, грязно, дерганый персонал в ресторане, детский сад шум гам, номера маленькие, под кроватью наблевано, пол и столы одной тряпкой вытирают, коктейли делают на отвали быстрей, единственное что понравилось это еда на обед и ужин.

Very nice hotel, especially the fact that ALL outdoor pools are pleasantly heated in November made our stay wonderful. One downside was that the aircon didn't work during the day when the room was heating up due to the full day sun exposure of our room window... Hotel is catering mostly to Russian guests, whose behaviors might not be for everyone...

Wir waren wie jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen War gut. Das Personal hilfsbereit und nett. Wir trafen auch Langjährige Angestellte sowas ist für eine Hotelleitung sehr zufriedenstellend.
