Beautiful hotel. Room cleaning wasn’t amazing. Left dirty coffee cups, left their cleaning supplies in the room, didn’t vacuum, didn’t fill shampoo/conditioner

Stay was excellent except that the air conditioning didn't cut in while we were sleeping

We had a pleasant weeklong stay at the Jag Hotel. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free and easy. The staff was nice (special shoutout to the amazing Kayvan who made us delicious coffee and was an excellent conversationalist!) We had an issue in our sink and it took a while to get it fixed. Also it would be great if they could turn down the loud rock music in the corridors and main spaces at night. It was jarring to come in an hear loud music at 11:30 PM or 1 AM and totally unnecessary at that volume. Overall though -- a good place to stay in St. Johns and we enjoyed.

The best on george street

The building is really nice,clean and the workers are all friendly. There wasn't a bath tub but the shower is large,and if your in the second building you cant use the doors after ten oclock which is a pain.

Great rock and roll decor. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We thought they would have musicians or a piano player in their restaurants given music theme of the hotel.

Very nice

Awesome decor around the property. We opted for the Harbourview King and ended up in the "old" tower on the third floor. Our "view" was a wall of shipping containers, so definitely not worth the upgrade.

My go to in St.Johns

We visited from Ontario and We loved our stay at the Jag! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Compliments to the chefs because the restaurant was our favourite out of everywhere we ate!

This hotel is very slick. The decor is outstanding, with purple, black silver colours throughout along with pop culture memorabilia everywhere. The staff is super friendly and it's very very clean. The rooms are spacious and spotless. My only minor issue was they didn't have complimentary water bottles in the room.

Nice ,right downtown. Convenient.

The staff at this hotel were such an amazing help in an unfortunate situation. My husband was flying to London from Saskatoon and his connecting flight from Calgary was cancelled while he was waiting at the gate. He needed to be in London for an event and Westjet found him an alternative route via St. John’s. He landed at 6:30 am and I booked a room for him hoping that he could check in a few hours early to get some sleep and phoned the hotel to ask if he could leave his suitcase there while he waited to check in. To our surprise and relief a room was available that morning and he was able to sleep during the day and check out that evening. We are so incredibly grateful. Thank you!

Weather was great. Hotel is beautiful, lived the esthetic and the staff were helpful. Night life was good and took a walk through the pedestrian mall in the street downtown.

Close to George and Water Street, no hills to climb.

Everyone was very friendly. Only wish I had a room facing the back harbor.

I loved my stay at the Jag! I will absolutely be staying there again. Everything was wonderful - so many little touches that made a big difference.

Hotel has very nice interior and in a great location right beside bars and restaurants. Housekeeping is very attentive and the pool and gym area look very clean. Negatives: very poor ventilation in the older side hotel we stayed in. There was a large amount of mold in our shower that was gross and when discussed with front desk, they didn’t seem to care. Also didn’t enjoy the hotel room service.
