The room in the pic was updated and nice. Booked a queen bed so they moved us to a queen room that was much older and not as comfortable.

El hotel es muy cómodo y los trabajadores amables y serviciales. Lo único que no me agrado mucho fue que el agua de la duchase demoraba demasiado en calentarse.

La atencion del personal es magnifica, te hacen sentir muy comodo y seguro. La poza de agua termal es muy relajante, en si un viaje perfecto si tu objetivo es descansar y relajarte.

This is a nice, beautiful and quiet hotel. The rooms are nice. Breakfast is average. Everything in Banos within walking distance. I would give this hotel 10 points, if it had a hot shower. Even after letting the water in the shower run for 20 minutes, the water was far away from being hot. It just got a bit warmer than cold.
