Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with sunbeds on the garden from the third row in from the beach, for hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast, as it was delicious and great value. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!

Great hotel with clean modern rooms. The staff was great at the hotel and the restaurant attached. Would stay again for sure.

The location is the best thing about this place , the beautiful beach is literally a stone’s throw away , stunning food in all directions the lifetime beach bar food is amazing and avli restaurant just around the corner is truly stunning, it’s a basic hotel with a massive comfy bed but the family that run it are so friendly too definitely would go back , well we did it’s our second time and will be going again

La struttura è in zona tranquilla ma nei pressi di numerosi servizi. Abbiamo alloggiato nelle stanze a pianoterra. Arredo moderno e molto pulito. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa. L’ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la stanza a disposizione oltre orario. La colazione era servita al bar a pochi metri di distanza in riva al mare. I proprietari e i collaboratori sono gentilissimi. L’unico difetto, per noi che ci svegliamo presto, è che la colazione viene servita dalle ore 9. Consiglio la struttura a chi ama tranquillità e pulizia ma non sfarzo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo nella posizione migliore di Tsilivi! Camera superior al 2o piano ristrutturata con gusto e tutte le comodità, anche una Nespresso con cialde in omaggio. Personale discreto e disponibile. Unico punto migliorabile l'insonorizzazione della camera.

Très bien accueillis. Toujours présent si besoin le personnel est top ,les chambres du RDC sont propre et récente avec petit salon devant .des restaurants et boutiques partout très agréable.le seul petit point négatif c'est l heure du Petit déjeuner plutôt 9h30 -10 h mais bon c'est les vacances après tous 😁

I didn’t really stay there. It turned to be overbooked and the gentlemen arranged a very nice hotel around the corner for me. He drove me and my luggage to the new hotel.

Positivo La posizione fronte mare, la camera non corrispondeva alla foto inviata al momento della prenotazione dove si diceva essere vista mare ed invece non lo era. Buona l'accoglienza, personale disponibile, gentile e cortese. Buona la pulizia delle camere.

We have just returned from a week at Anetis room 206, the room looked tired with dated furniture but the beds were very comfortable and we slept well, but they are modernising the rooms so it was pot luck which one we got. We had a sea view and aircon which was most needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We only use the room for a base so was fine for us. We would recommend this hotel and it’s perfect for location.

Nice hotel very close to the beach Rooms cleaned every day with sea view. Very friendly staff always on hand to help. Left my ring in a door and got an e mail that they had found it before I had realised that I had left it.
