가격이 싼데 비해서 룸 컨디션이 괜찮았다 테르미니역에서 가까운편은 아니고 10분-15분정도 계속 걸어야함. 그렇지만 역시 가격은 싸서 좋았다. 삼성카드 프로모션으로 할인받으니 침대2개짜리 방(트리플룸)이 3박에 19만원 개꿀.. 매일 카운터에 직원이 바뀌고 멀 잘 모른다. 식수를 제공하는줄 알았는데 제공하지 않음. 호텔에서 조식을 제공하지 않음. 호텔 앞에 표지판이 있지만 막상 건물 들어가면 표지판이 아예 없어서 헤맬수있다. 1층에 호텔 마이애미 리셉션에서 더 안쪽 계단으로 가서 2층에 올라가야 레지나 지오반나 리셉션이 나옴. 같은 건물인데 알려주지도 않고 모른다고 정색하는 개싸가지들.이태리사람들이 대체로 이런거같다. 서비스 개나줘. 건물에 엘베가 있는데 좁다. 계단이 대리석인데 너무 미끄러워서 2번이나 엎어짐 조심해야됨. 처음엔 길을 헤맬지도 모르지만 룸 컨디션도 괜찮고 위치도 괜찮은 편이라 가성비에 손듬.

가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 방을 찾아가려면 자물쇠를 여러개 열어야 합니다. RPG 게임 하듯 아마 거의 4개 정도의 열쇠를 사용한 후에 드디어 방에 도착했네요. 방에 구비된 식기의 청결상태는 별로 였어요. 저렴한 가격이 3명이서 잘 이용했습니다.

로마 도심 한복판에서 로마의 전통을 즐기며 여행을 원하신다면, 적극 추천드립니다. Termini 역까지 도보로 7분, 주변 맛있는 식당, 상점등이 많이 있습니다. 이탈리아, 한국, 중국 식당등 주변 환경 좋습니다.

떼르미니역, 투어 모임장소인 산타마리아마조레역과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 구글맵으로 찾아갔는데 호텔로비를 찾지못해 당황스러웠습니다. 입구로 들어가서 왼쪽으로 간 다음 한층 더 위에 있습니다. 체크인을 하고 방으로 가는데 체크인 건물 밖으로 나와서 한블럭 건너에 있는 다른 건물에 방이 있습니다. 건물은 오래된 건물이고, 방과 가구도 오래되어보이지만 청소는 깔끔합니다. 가격이 마음에 들고 벌레가 없어서 좋았습니다.

Pues no es un hotel, para empezar. It is NOT an hotel, just no start. There no lobby, no telephone, nobody that could help you. Las toallas de mala calidad, salvo la ubicacion y que tenia aire acondicionado pero no era lo que esperaba.

I wouldnt book here. The instructions are confusing. You have to write in a specific address. They have no reception area. Expect u to walk in the heat with lugages to one hotel to check in and than walk to the actual hotel. They offer no service for that inconvenience. The elevator is very tiny and sometimes didnt work . There was ants in the room. Noisy . There was a dog barking near our room .

Very smart solution when visiting Rome for business or tourism

A little confusing at first since this location is shared among three hotels but accommodations were very nice and the staff at check in were super friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Very satisfied for a budget hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Also, I really appreciated the location which was on a main street with great shopping, but still quiet area. Close enough to the train station by walking (10mins) and the main attractions like the colosseum / Trévi fountain (20mins). Theres also easy public transport buses across the street which was convenient if we didn’t want to walk (we used the CityMapper App). The only negatives for me was that the reception for check-in was relocated to a different hotel 4 blocks away which was inconvenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Cleanl8ness and location

After a long flight and travelling in the heat through Rome, we arrived at hotel Regina Giovanna only to find there is no reception desk. Just a door with a message saying we had to take a 10 minute walk to the sister hotel to do the check-in. This was not mentioned when we booked the hotel and it was really annoying. Once in our room, we found it to be very pleasant, very clean and just what we needed as a base for our visit to Rome.

I liked the location and the cleanliness.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel direkt auf der Via Nationale. Der Check-In erfolgte in einem anderen Hotel, hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat mir alles genau erklärt. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Lage ist top, man kann alles zu Fuß besuchen. Absolut zu empfehlen!!

We had the most wonderful stay here with our toddler!!! I didn’t know I had originally booked a suite that was on the one floor they didn’t have an elevator too and they upgraded us as a surprise because they knew we’d have my toddler and stroller in tow! This place has so much beautiful character inside and out, staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk to the store and train station making it really easy to take day trips to other places like junfrojoch,lauterbrunnen and interlaken The views from our room were breath taking. The breakfast and dinner restaurant were delicious. We would’ve stay here a whole week if we could’ve!
