Kamar cukup luas, lokasi dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, staff pelayanan sangat baik.

โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและช็อปปิ้ง เดินทางสะดวกไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟนันไคนัมบะ การให้บริการของพนักงานต้อนรับโรงแรมดีมาก บอกรายละเอียดการเข้าพักให้ลูกค้าได้ชัดเจนดี ไว้มีโอกาสจะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกค่ะ🙂

Well the place itself is stay-able but it is to the minimum of a hotel standard, yes you can stay there but don't expect much from the facilities provided. The great thing about this hotel is the location, it 's really close to namba station and dotonbori prime area, the staffs generally are nice except this one chubby lady who was kind of reluctant and unhelpful, what a let down, as I thought being courteous is one of many things that Japan are known for, oh and after checking out, you can't have your luggage kept there even for half an hour as I suppose many would wanna grab a quick breakie after its terribly early, 10am, check out time without having to push their luggage around, this really left me with a very unpleasant experience with the service of this hotel.

Kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Pelayanannya baik dengan staf yang ramah. Hanya perlu diperhatikan takut terlewat, lokasi hotelnya ada di gang.

nice place to stay in the center of Namba Walk, just 5 minutes from Namba St. yet going to another sightseeing is nearly close, just walk 10 minutes and you will arrived in Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori area. so many food stall surround the hotel. the staff is also nice, but if you travel with kids, you have to pay additional fees 1.000¥/night

It was a pleasant hotel. The staffs were nice. They allowed us to check out early in the morning since we must catch our flight. We definitely will come back to this hotel.

Hotel Location is good only 5 min walk to Dotonbori. Only one bad thing happen to me was hotel staff requested me to leave the hotel at 11.00 A.M. due to the hotel policy but in my booking information stated I can stay there until 12.00 P.M. They should inform us since we check-in regarding the check-out time and they should contact to Traveloka to correct the check-out information.

The room to small. The location is good.
