전체 평가 및 리뷰 Jungle Retreat by Kupu Kupu Barong

호텔 직원은 매우 친절하고 공기도 매우 좋으며 객실 시설도 매우 편안하고 아침 식사 제공도 매우 다양합니다(진짜 과일 주스도 제공되며 요청 가능합니다). 조깅 트랙은 매우 아름다운 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 관광 명소, 아웃바운드 활동, 레스토랑, 우붓 센터와 가깝습니다.

Promosi room foto tidak sama dengan kenyataan dan maintenace building not so nice. So far biasa aja nothing spesial. Sorry comment like this but hotel is realy much be good maintenance. Thank you.

We didn't expect this 5-stars hotel to be very average, given we heard about the name a lot. Not only the villa location that is quite far from the lobby (seems like they lease an adjacent neighbour houses), but the breakfast, amenities and other facilities are sub-standard.

저희 객실은 로비에서 꽤 멀어서 많이 걸어야 했습니다. 수영장은 작지만 계곡 전망은 아름답습니다. 산책로에는 조명이 거의 없고 냄새가 났습니다. 음식은 괜찮았지만 티타임에 먹는 디저트는 정말 좋았습니다.

We had the worst experience staying here. The property isn't maintained and the staff is clueless and confused and just keep saying sorry without really addressing anything. The room didn't have wifi, the whole day the staff kept saying that it's getting fixed and then when I asked for check out because I had to work which was impossible to do without wifi, they gave me a wifi booster. They could have done this in the morning itself had they cared about customer service but least only did it because of the threat of check out. Breakfast was abysmal, dishes were dirty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned. In short, would be coming back ever.

Tidak terawat. Kamar mandi menyatu dengan kamar tidur. Problem terjadi ketika airnya ternyata bau. Beberapa area komunal juga kurang terawat juga. Dan tempatnya sepi. Sangat disayangkan untuk hotel bintang 5 seperti ini. Tempatnya ada potensi akan tetapi tidak disarankan untuk menginap sekarang karena faktor kebersihan dan maintenance yang kurang. Pihak hotel cukup baik untuk memberikan 2x upgrade gratis, akan tetapi karena sudah tidak nyaman kami memutuskan untuk pindah.

Sangat cocok buat yang pengen suasana yang sepi. Food bagus!

Tempat yang menyenangkan, tenang, kembali ke alam, jauh dari hiruk pikuk kota. pelayanan staffnya baik. Semoga tempat ini tetap terpelihara dengan baik.

Lokasi bagus strategis, bagus untuk yang ingin ketenangan, resepsionis ramah, pengalaman kurang mengenakkan dari sopir golf car (cowok) yang perlakuan tidak mengenakkan ketus, jalan dikebut kebut padahal jalan naik kelak kelok, perlakuan kepada wisatawan, lokal dan turis asing, sangat berbeda. Perlu diingat satu kamar/villa cuma boleh untuk 2 orang, tidak ada extra bed, harus booking kamar sendiri.

The environment is good. The property is surrounding by a jungle so it is so quiet and fresh. It is very good for honeymooner. But like other old property, there are some issue. The linen is not really clean. They have changed it twice but it is not really different. Food is good as well as the spa.

Kesini untuk babymoon, and that was the best decision ever, pasti balik lagi sih, staffnya ramah banget semuanya, dan ada butler yang nganterin kemana-mana secara ibu hamil kan berat ya kalau harus jalan kemana-mana breakfast was really great!

Anak anak 5 thn di charge, kamarnya juga seperti losmen. Makananya juga sedikit sekali,sering kehabisan. Jadi kesimpulannya tidak cocok dengan harga mahalnya.

Really love to stay in Jungle Retreat Ubud. The room was super nice. I was amazed by the design of the furniture, all were very Indonesian. My korean friend and I were happy to stay here even just for a night. The balcony was huge and both chairs were so lovely to be seated. Would love to be back again and try the Villa one day. Very recommended for new couples to have stay here. Love, love, love it!

Sungguh berkesan menginap di jungle retreat.. pelayanannya memuaskan dan staff yang sangat ramah.. rasanya ingin berlama-lama disana.. kalau saya ke bali lagi, saya ingin menginap lagi di Jungle retreat.. terima kasih sudah melakukan yang terbaik untuk kami..

Hotelnya bagus seperti di rimba hanya saja kebersihan kolam dan cat kamar yg harus di benahi. Pelayanan bagus dan semua staff sangat ramah terhadap pengunjung.
