방은 넓고 깨끗합니다.

The room that I reserved was suppose to be good for five but when we arrived reception is telling us that room is only good for four and that the room that was good for five is no longer available. Even the towels, they only gave us four. The menu in the resort restaurant is too limited. A lot of the food is no longer available. The receptionist is not so friendly!

The room they gave me was an extension of the rooms it was just like a bathroom, I felt very bad and they even lied to me that the booking agent I used to book the hotel didn't pay them, what a shame. Never book this hotel you will just be disappointed.

Wifi is in the package and when we are there already, wifi is still under repair. Almost all other wifi is slow, always connecting. We're so disappointed with our 2days and 2nights stay.

The room was clean and spacious except that a lot of obstructions within the resort. So many debris right in front of the beach side. Just to add, staffs were okay but it just need courtesy when meeting guest. They should be taught on how to “greet” guest at all times. Since you are in a hospitality business.

White sand and very accommodating to the guest.
